Good …!! Not the greatest only because the internet issues

My family and I recently stayed at Hotel y Aguas Termales de Chignahuapan, and overall we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff, and the atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for spending quality time together as a family. The thermal waters were an incredible experience, the facilities were clean, and the natural surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the opportunity to disconnect from our busy routines and enjoy such a beautiful place.
The rooms were comfortable, and we could see that the hotel works hard to provide a pleasant environment for its guests. We made many great family memories during our visit, and there are many things about this hotel that we would gladly recommend to others ..

Cons:

However, there is one very important issue that I believe deserves immediate attention: the internet service. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all—not in our room, not in the common areas, and not even outside the hotel. As someone who works remotely, having a reliable internet connection is not simply a convenience; it is a necessity. Before traveling, I expected that I would be able to continue working during certain hours, but that became impossible because there was essentially no internet service available anywhere on the property.
This situation caused a great deal of inconvenience and unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation. I had to postpone work responsibilities and spend valuable vacation time trying unsuccessfully to find a stable connection. In today's world, many travelers combine leisure with remote work, and dependable internet access has become an essential service rather than an optional amenity.
I sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving its internet infrastructure. Doing so would greatly enhance the experience for future guests, especially those who need to stay connected for work, emergencies, or simply to communicate with family.
Despite this issue, my family and I truly enjoyed our stay, and we appreciate the hospitality we received. We would love to return in the future, and we hope that by then the internet service will have been significantly improved so that future visits can be enjoyable in every way.

la conexión a internet es pésima, lo anterior le resta mucha calidad al servicio, debe ser prioritario mejorarlo demasiado, adicional que te informen plenamente los servicios que tienes contratados, ejemplo hay una alberca techada de la cual nunca supimos de su existencia hasta que ya nos retirabamos, el mobiliario es viejo y en acasiones inservible, ejemplo un sofá que es de época de las cavernas

Mucho ruido de las bombas TODA LA NOCHE, No pude dormir.
Los horarios de COMIDA no son ideales, dicen que son Todo Incluido pero tienen horarios restrictivos para comer. NO DISFRUTE DE LOS ALIMENTOS.
Tienen área de juegos, PERO NO PUEDES JUGARLOS o estan FUERA DE SERVICIO.
Muchas de las albercas no estan disponibles, DESILUSIÓN.
