Pros:

The location was great. Near the 14th street pier and oceanfront room.

Cons:

Only one elevator the entire time we were there. Had to use the elevator as I was traveling with a elderly family member. The first day the continental breakfast was not ready until 7 and hours stated 6 to 10. The room was not very clean, crumbs on the floor. Tables not clean. Coffee maker in room did not work. Shower pressure was very low.

Rooms were tight. Breakfast was 2 different cereals, toast, pancakes, however the pancake machine broke..
Elevator was very slow. We waited a lot each time we needed to leave. We had guest that needed the elevator and could not use stairs.

Location and customer service was great!!! However, hotel needs some work!! Fix the elevators!! Update the rooms!!

Elevators were extremely slow!!! One didn’t work!! We were taking the stairs mostly!! Need to be updated!!! Rooms look outdated!! Balcony railing was not safe!!! It didn’t feel sturdy at all!! Didn’t like parking!! Also throughout the building!!

Rooms was clean

Cons:

Elevator was closed and the others were so slow. They RR in lobby was disgusting, had feces on the toilet, I told them they didn’t care. They staff was VERY unfriendly. They didn’t great when we walked up to them, no smile, no nothing. Moody and was talking about another staff member in front of us.

Enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The property was clean. The staff was amazing. Very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The location was wonderful. Right next to the pier and across from the amusement park. Had a bar/restaurant onsite with a live band as well as gift shop

Cons:

Aside from only 1 elevator being operational, my only complaint was the bed. If you have back problems, be prepared. Being this is the 2nd hotel I’ve stayed in that uses the metal boxes instead of a bed frame I’m going to say that is the culprit. My back hurt for days after my stay at the other hotel as well. My boyfriend had the same issue. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
