Pros:

We asked for the shorter side but highest floor and although it was guaranteed, they did make sure we got that! It’s the most private balcony on the shorter side. The top deck of the parking garage also had an amazing view❤️ Perfect location and everyone at the front desk was helpful and friendly! The View was great!

Cons:

The hallways and rooms could be a little wider but there’s not much you can fix about that. Everything else was great

Everything was Great just beside my Belly in the Morning. Also the Elevators was very,very slow.
Pros:

Breakfast needs more options other than pancakes, bagels & fruit. Needs some kind of Meat portions because everyone doesn't eat Bread.

Cons:

The communication between staff and guests. Staff didn't communicate my concerns with changing of shifts. I even emailed the General Manager the day I arrived 7/17. I left on 7/19, no response and still no communication as of yet.

If you’re bougie or just like a clean, modern hotel, you will NOT like The Sandcastle Resort. I booked an ocean view room from Saturday through Monday and I can tell you I know for sure my room was never properly cleaned because there was a used band aid on the floor from the moment I checked in and until I left. I even told the front desk and although they told me my room would be cleaned, the band aid remained. And it wants wasn’t in some hidden spot in the room. Anyone could see it. That tells me that these people do the bare minimum to keep the room looking presentable, not clean. I didn’t even sleep in the bed or use any of the very dingy linen. The shower curtain liner was very black and dingy at the bottom and the bathroom floor was not clean either. I didn’t walk barefoot or in socks the entire time. I wore my shoes. I paid $798 to stay in this hotel and I was extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t complain if they didn’t charge so much but they do so the hotel could at least be clean and modern. The staff were very nice and very professional. They were the only saving grace for this place. I regret staying there and I will never stay there or recommend anyone else. There’s more I can say negatively about my stay but I think I’ve made my point.
