Great location. Fantastic breakfast included and lovely room. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect and a close proximity to town central.
The service of the staff and the expectations you would expect to match the hotel price and how good the quality of the facility was. Unfortunately the room service was attempted with minimal effort. Where all used glasses were left. Bed attempted to be made but only as far as tucking in the blanket. No replenishment of anything else done and the bathroom left uncleaned. Additionally the hotel charges for a parking space in their underground parking. However on one evening we returned to find it full even though paying for a parking bay. When asking what do we do they apologised for overbooking but their fix was to just park outside. While I appreciate that is an option, the fact they are happy to charge you and overbooking and then when it happens their solution is to happily not offer a refund and accept that is just how it is. Is where I had an issue. Essentially staff didn’t really seem to be bothered they are overbooking and charging.
Very clean hotel with a beautiful sized room for 3 of us…with lovely views!! Breakfast was great too!!
The outstanding feature of this hotel was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff...from the reception to the restaurant and bar. There is a great dynamic and vibe at this hotel. The rooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent.
