I have stayed here before and loved it. Beautiful foyer nice places to sit . It felt luxurious. Beautiful breakfast area.
This time it was a building zone jack hammer going half the foyer not there. It was awful and so disappointing since I paid for 2 rooms and it was expensive but I did it as a treat for my family . I basically felt like crying when I got there.
I covered it off above.
It was good for the value of our 1 night stay, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable
The parking situation could've been better, just know since its in downtown queenstown, parking may be a bit hard and their parking can be full at times
Staff were great. Rooms were comfortable.
Didn’t like that there were renovations taking place that were not mentioned when we booked it just a short time earlier. Had to use gym down hill. Also, no cafe available. Did not like bathroom layout.
Helpfull & friendly staff. Convenient location. Parking was stress free
Limited space for breakfast due to the building alterations at the moment.
Everything was amazing
Nothing
Location and access
The hotel lobby was under construction we had booked to experience the bar and fire pit in the first instance however the fire pit was not available and seating for breakfast was limited. Although this was advertised on the hotels website it was not advised in booking.com website and was too later for us to change as we had arrived. Due AI you cannot make a complaint via booking.com who failed to advise on their website.
Our beds were too firm and uncomfortable.
Good facilities, excellent and friendly staff
None
Conforto das camas, localização
O hotel estava em obras e não fomos avisados antecipadamente, o café da manhã estava sendo servido no lobby, não tinha estacionamento disponível na primeira noite, se ouvia o barulho do quarto vizinho
Location
Where do I start! Management was chaotic.workmen Mixed with staff and others in a very chaotic environment. Eating breakfast in the middle of a construction zone is not safe with the noise of machinery and workmen tramping through dinning area with dirty boots....thinnest toilet paper I ve ever seen (used tissues), no toilet brush, no sky sports channels, basin drain has a problem, two people could not move around in the room at the same time, televisions throughout facility seemed to be having problems. No communication from staff. Foreign music played on sound system throughout facility.
Don't believe this is what tourists look for coming to NZ.
The rooms were very clean (honestly number 1 most important part in my opinion). Modern hotel within walking distance to town which was fantastic. Once upgrades are done I am sure it’ll be even better!
I’d say for MY personal preference the beds were very, very hard. Possibly more suited toward the Asian market which is understandable for the area but if you are accustomed to a softer bed just be prepared. The rooms are very small, if you’re looking for space then a standard King probably isn’t the best fit for you.
