Over all this hotel was pretty good value for money - we would stay again !
Pros:

We liked the ground floor lay out with the bar
The room was small but comfortable.
Breakfast was good . Staff were very nice and location was quite good!

Cons:

Just very small things - No opening windows in the bedroom - the waitress at breakfast time just kept wiping all the food off the tables onto the floor . There’s a menu for bar snax but it wasn’t available during the day or afternoon and neither was the lunch menu when we were there.

Highly recommend, everything about the Voco Queenstown exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Great location, free gourmet buffet breakfast every morning, extra amenities such as sauna and gym on site, plus a dry, warm room for your snowboard/ski equipment after been up the mountains for the day. The staff were super friendly, the foyer/bar area was really relaxing and warm too. Nice to play cards or watch sport on the big TV's. Rooms had all the amenities you need, a great value for money.

I would return, the walk up the hill from town certainly keeps you fit.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional.
The rooms were a little small, but presented very well and very clean.
The lobby area and bar have a very welcoming atmosphere.

Easy, clean and comfortable. A great stay with everything we needed!
Pros:

The Voco exceeded our expectations! The hotel was clean, had a great vibe and felt like a cosy ski lodge. The room was great, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The location was fantastic too, just a 10-minute walk to the city centre (with a slight uphill walk on the way back). There’s also a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, which was super convenient for getting to and from the airport, as well as visiting Arrowtown. Breakfast was delicious too! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

We love the place, but more the staff, they were super friendly, specially the colombian girl in the morning breakfasts, always making sure everything was ok. Was my husband birthday and they really care to make him feel happy in his day, the sent to the room a little present. Beautiful staff.

Nice hotel, but the rooms need attention.
Pros:

Reception, bar, and restaurant were very modern and stylish, but also relaxed and welcoming.
The Mountain View from our room was good. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable mattresses. The staff were great - friendly, welcoming, helpful, and enthusiastic.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Parking! It is not free!
The room was small and cramped. It was a room for three with only one chair. The pillows were uncomfortable - very flat and worn. The bathroom was nice with the frosted glass walls, but the ugly curtain around it took up space and looked filthy! I don’t know why you need the curtain, but if it must be there, it has to be washed regularly!
Breakfast was also disappointing. There was little choice, no hot options other than eggs. The buffet options were not suitable to a European diet at all, which was disappointing.
