Oover all it was all good! HOliday Inn and Suites is the home away from home.
Pros:

Staff is very welcoming especially Olivia, Jessy, Cerys.

Cons:

Maybe just breakfast… the bacon, sausage are always out and supply were not refill

Lovely sunny welcoming light filled foyer with friendly staff.

Property was clean

Cons:

There was only 1 person for the check in. It took me around 25 mins to check in. It should have been a bit easier. Although Thai at the reception was helpful. Breakfast buffet menu was ordinary and was very busy. Clearly hotel was full occupancy, yet only few staff members. Kudos to those ones who were running around. Perhaps a couple of more hands would have been helpful

Excellent hôtel avec un petit déjeuner complet qui vous permet de bien commencer la journée A+
Pros:

Ce que j'ai le plus aimé est de prendre mon petit déjeuner devant un match de la coupe du monde de football. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et il y avait un plat différent chaque jour. J'ai aussi aimé le calme de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé les clients de l'hôtel qui ont pris leurs petits déjeuners qui se servaient de la nourriture à emporter dans des boîtes en plus.
Je n'ai pas apprécié la cabine de douche car ça mouillait beaucoup du côté lavabo et WC, mais ce n'était pas grave.
