Pretty spot and very nice cabins

The pool lounge area was comfortable and clean, the property was well kept and lovely. Gal working in early evening was helpful with broken refrigerator.
The refrigerator was not working properly there was no door on the freezer section, so there was water all over the fridge and on the floor when I checked in. Which seemed odd because I showed up early and was unable to check in so I know they had just been in the room because I was told it wasn't ready yet. When I got there early the lady working was rude, very unhelpfull or accommodating. I have never been treated that way when I'm checking into a $300 a night room. I come up to Ojai from Santa Barbara often she didn't suggest that I could use the pool area so I asked. She didn't offer a towel, a place to store luggage, a spot to change into a suit etc.
Bed was quite soft, and pillow was marginal. The best pillow was inside the decorative sham and had no pillowcase so that seemed a bit funky.
The atmosphere
No ice
We stayed in a separate house and found it wonderful and charming. A wood burning fire place for our colder nights and a peaceful garden to calm our nerves.

We stayed here for an event at the Libbey Bowl and it was beyond perfect. The suite was clean, spacious & well stocked. We were friends traveling together so having a room configuration with 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch was unbelievably helpful. After the show there was a beautiful porch to hang out on and enjoy the view, and their gorgeous landscaping!

The vibe was relaxed and refined. Reception, the room, the pool; all top notch! Will definitely stay again.
The grounds are really zen and relaxing. The pool area is so nice. Everything is so well appointed. Every little "nicety" was thoughtfully considered. Great coffee and accommodations. Loved everything about our stay. So glad we found this little gem. We will be back!
On a busy road, but not too bad. You have to drive into town, but worth that extra inconvenience.
