Desde o início até o fim ... Não volto mais

Em minha hospedagem o destaque foi o café da manhã.

Cons:

Primeiro... tive que consertar o cabo da antena de TV e irritado por ter que assistir apenas a Globo ... que eu detesto.
Segundo ... controle da TV não funcionava para ligar ou desligar.
O chuveiro tive que te apertar para não cair e o ajuste de água emperrado saia para todo os lados.
Esqueci um remédio no banheiro e o hotel com meu endereço é telefone nada me comunicarão até o presente ... além de que teve inspeção do quarto...se tivesse levado alguma coisa eu nem sairia do hotel.

Todas as acomodacoes e servicos atenderam bem as nossas expectativas. O hotel é muito bem localizado e com facil acesso a transporte e servicos. O cafe da manha é muito bom e atende a todos os gostos!

Cons:

O unico ponto que deixa a desejar é o conforto das camas, que sao de molas, e isso incomoda quem nao esta acostumado. A cortesia, a educacao e o atendimento da equipe sao excelentes.

Sempre que vou ao Rio costumo me hospedar nesse hotel. Destaque para limpeza, refeições (café e jantar) excelentes e atendimento dos funcionários dos corredores e restaurante, todos muito educados. Localização também muito boa.

Cons:

Como já conheço os serviços, posso dizer que a qualidade caiu um pouco, principalmente na recepção ao hospede. O check in está lento com a necessidade de pré cadastro que o próprio hóspede precisa fazer com seu celular. A entrada no quarto não foi antecipada e ficou claro que foi por pura má vontade da acomodação. Cheguei as 12h30, tentei entrar as 13h e 13h30 e não foi possível. Foi permitido as 14h, após muito insistência. A diária está bem cara, subiu considerávelmente os valores.
