Pros:

A localização do hotel é excelente e muito segura para quem viaja só. O café da manhã é muito bom, o serviço de quarto também. Almocei no restaurante do hote, paguei o buffet e valeu a pena. Muito variado e muito gostoso. Além disso, fui à piscina, foi bem legal. O hotel empresta toalhas para você usar na piscina.

Cons:

Eu fiquei em uma parte do hotel que até tem elevador próximo, porém o elevador não te leva ao térreo. Eu fui parar num subsolo que eu não sei até hoje o que era. Não fui informada sobre essa questão no check in.

Functional and reasonable
Pros:

Clean and good location. Ok breakfast but not as good as many hotels.

Cons:

Reception staff were entitled and slow and didn’t act particularly helpfully. Check in and check out were the the slowest that I’ve experienced for at least 10 years and I stay 50 nights a year in hotels !!!
Room was very small so not great value for Rio.

Hotel maravilhoso, muitos seguranças, café da manhã maravilhoso. Meu namorado fez aniversário e eles entregaram um mimo no café da manhã. Com certeza é um hotel que eu voltarei a ficar quando ir ao rj.

Lo contraté exclusivamente por la piscina y desayuno.

Cons:

el lugar del desayuno muy oscuro, frio, cero calidez, todo gris, le haria un refresh en cuanto a decoración, muy basica.
Nos habian dicho que nos hacian un upgrade y al entrar era una habitacion muy basica, pequeño, el baño incompleto, el agua nunca salio caliente, no tenia secador de pelo, el servicio de aseo a la habitació fue recien a las 6 de la tarde. No cumplió con nuestras expectativas.
