Gostei da localização e do café da manhã.
Móveis antigo, travesseiros velhos, não tem como assistir Netflix pela TV, pq é bloqueado. Na recepção esperava mais simpatia e cordialidade da atendente Paula, forçava simpatia enquanto outros era um extremamente simpáticos e cordiais.
Da recepção ao check-out fomos bem recebidos, um bom quarto e um bom café da manhã. Adoramos e recomendamos

Très propre, personnel très gentil, les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses. Le quartier est un quartier assez calme et tranquille, propice au famille tout en respectant les consignes de sécurité de Rio. Super hôtel !

A localização q antes era privilegiada pelo acesso ao metrô e aterro etc , agora fica complicado pq a noite por exemplo mesmo para pequenas distâncias não é recomendado sair a pé

O restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã é bastante grande, mas não tem janelas e sempre há mesas bloqueadas. O bufê do café da manhã é simples e feito para a enorme quantidade de clientes do hotel. Como o hotel é muito grande, há sempre filas e demora-se a ser atendido no balcão.

O quarto superior do segundo andar achei que não correspondeu às instalações de hotel 4 estrelas.
