Pros:

Very convenient location, with an easy check-in and check-out. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel could definitely use some refreshing and renovation. Overall, the property feels a bit dated and in need of some maintenance.

Comfortable rooms, but location and facilities were strange.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Location is very odd. The hotel is split across three separate locations, so if you have a room in the other building you have to drive back on the highway to offsite to it.

Also, the building was not locked and had no onsite staff, so anyone could enter.

It was close to my areas of interest.

Dog’s poop at the entrance for more than an hour
and on the sorrunding areas a lot of them

No TV remote. could use the cable box by using buttons on bottom of tv.

Cons:

We could not stay at the property because of a very strong mold smell in the room and even though they said they would accommodate the change to two queen beds, they could not. I was traveling with my 17 year old son and two beds were necessary. They still have not refunded the cost of the stay, I had to contest the charge with my bank.

Staff is rude. Property needs updating badly.

Will never return and will never use Booking.com again

The pool was nice but the liner is ripped and never any towels. My kids didnt let that bother them. The older man that checked us in was nice and friendly

Cons:

Where to start. No outside doors locked. The maid never gave us washcloths on the three days that we were there didn’t empty our trash the first two days and the only way we got our living room trash emptied. Was we put it in the middle of the hallway the bathroom trash never got emptied. She never left us coffee or coffee supplies and three days in a row we had to go and get our keys redone because after we’re getting home from a long day of sightseeing and traveling, we couldn’t get into our rooms not one time. Also your pricing was ridiculous. Same room rooms next-door to each other two totally different prices. Unacceptable. Will never use Booking.com again. In the landscaping between the parking lot and the pool is not only deplorable. It’s downright dangerous so bad. I cannot believe you all have allowed this to happen.

Die Sauberkeit und dass wir zunächst in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht werden sollten. Gegen einen Aufpreis konnten wir ein Zimmer im eigentlichen Hotel mit dem Pool bekommen.

Our stay was awful. We could not wait till morning. We would’ve left if we hadn’t gotten there so late.

Cons:

The room was dirty from the top to the bottom. It was damp too. There was mold on the ceiling. The sheets themselves and pillows were not really clean and they were damp. The sink had leftover toothpaste in it from people who were there before us. The floors were very dirty. The carpet was stained. There were ants. The air conditioner itself was not even really kept up with the TV. Didn’t have any channels that we could access. I get a place being old, but dirty is different.

Location good. Close to but not directly in Freeport. Bed comfortable. Microwave and fridge appreciated.

Cons:

Could use a bit of freshening up. Some wallpaper starting to peel away. Older bathroom facilities. Did not affect the enjoyment of our trip.
