It feels like this was an old hotel recently purchased and remodeled. The furniture in the room feels newer and the bed was very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. Great water pressure and HOT shower!
Road noise is noticeable but not terrible. The bathroom was a bit tight but not much can be done about that. We stayed in the building behind Ruddy Murder so it is not in the same lot as the office, just be aware. The parking lot for that building is quite dark, could use some lighting.

It was just a place to sleep
Over priced old, not located at site of pool and office, in a decreased lit space the building of roo.s separate from. Hotel behind a closed restira t with no lighting to see where to turn, dirty hallways, worn down not worth the cost.
Near the 1A - convenient between Yarmouth and Freeport. Room was spacious and for our needs for one night.
Cleaning was not thorough - inner windowsills were filthy. Building not well maintained. A/c was noisy.

Location is very odd. The hotel is split across three separate locations, so if you have a room in the other building you have to drive back on the highway to offsite to it.
Also, the building was not locked and had no onsite staff, so anyone could enter.

We could not stay at the property because of a very strong mold smell in the room and even though they said they would accommodate the change to two queen beds, they could not. I was traveling with my 17 year old son and two beds were necessary. They still have not refunded the cost of the stay, I had to contest the charge with my bank.
Staff is rude. Property needs updating badly.
The pool was nice but the liner is ripped and never any towels. My kids didnt let that bother them. The older man that checked us in was nice and friendly
Where to start. No outside doors locked. The maid never gave us washcloths on the three days that we were there didn’t empty our trash the first two days and the only way we got our living room trash emptied. Was we put it in the middle of the hallway the bathroom trash never got emptied. She never left us coffee or coffee supplies and three days in a row we had to go and get our keys redone because after we’re getting home from a long day of sightseeing and traveling, we couldn’t get into our rooms not one time. Also your pricing was ridiculous. Same room rooms next-door to each other two totally different prices. Unacceptable. Will never use Booking.com again. In the landscaping between the parking lot and the pool is not only deplorable. It’s downright dangerous so bad. I cannot believe you all have allowed this to happen.

Die Sauberkeit und dass wir zunächst in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht werden sollten. Gegen einen Aufpreis konnten wir ein Zimmer im eigentlichen Hotel mit dem Pool bekommen.
