Clean, comfortable stay
Pros:

I enjoyed the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the stay and definitely will stay again.

Big fan of The Graduate (formerly The Lumen). Love the location, the boutique hotel feel, and the new renovations. Hallways are way too dark - please lighten up a bit. Please bring back the free coffee bar in the mornings! Friendly staff!

Incredible location next to smu. Not very quiet at night. Room had no good places to hang towels. Cream and sugar but no coffee or tea in the room which was strange. Overpriced but secondary to the location I guess.

Highly recommend Graduate near SMU
Pros:

Have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend, especially for anything to do with SMU- walking distance to anywhere on campus. Excellent new restaurant, rooms have always been spotless and comfortable, staff always pleasant and welcoming.
