Wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Good location, nice pool, good lounge and kitchen space

Cons:

In desperate need of a proper clean, dust and cobwebs everywhere. Hair in the beds on arrival. 1 roll of toilet paper for the 5 days. Small roaches everywhere in the bathroom.

It was just a walk to town.

Cons:

The kitchen was dirty and grimmy. The cupboards needed a good clean. The cutlery and dinner ware needed washing before we could use them
