Pros:

The front desk staff were amazing. Nicole was incredibly kind and helpful in the day and Doriano was equally kind and helpful at night.
It felt very safe and welcoming.

Cons:

I wish that the buses to Treviso were more regular, but it was a short taxi ride if needed.

Cons:

The photos online are a bit deceiving as only half of the hotel is modern and updated. We were put in a room on the "older" side, and the room was very outdated and nowhere near as nice as our family's room on the "modern" side. Breakfast food very disappointing, not worth the 9-dollar charge. We also did not have any hot water a few nights.

Pros:

This hotel felt like it used to be a grand hotel, back in its day. The bar area was really beautiful. There was parking nearby. We booked very late and got the last room available at this hotel so I’m guessing that other rooms were much better. It definitely felt like an old school European hotel which normally I like, but this one felt a little bit like summer camp.

Cons:

Better arrangement was a bit strange, had to tow single beds. Location was fine, but not super convenient. There was parking in a garage.

Modern rooms and comfortable stay, cleanliness exceptional
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and had an overall great experience! The hotel is in a good location for the airport (by car) and the hotel also has convenient free parking. The room was beautiful, modern and spacious. There was air conditioning, a kettle, fridge and slippers provided. The bathroom was nicely designed and was immaculately clean. The bed was really comfortable and very spacious also. Staff were friendly, particularly with the out of hours check in which made everything straightforward.

Cons:

There were a few things that could be improved. The bedsheets on the duvet was not a fixed duvet cover, just two sheets sandwiching the duvet which was a little inconvenient and the bare duvet kept coming out. The toiletries provided were not particularly nice.

Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing and we didn’t feel it was worth the money. Despite having paid for a buffet breakfast, we felt uncomfortable with the staff watching us and monitoring how much food we were taking, particularly as we were the only guests there. We were then told that next time we should ask before taking some of the food, which we found surprising given that it was a paid buffet. This made the experience feel awkward and uncomfortable rather than relaxed and welcoming.
