Cons:

Freezing room on walk in. Very loud neighbors, cold breakfast. Card charged more than receipt. Delivery drivers for food not allowed to come up to deliver.

Would stay again if mattresses weren’t so uncomfortable…
Pros:

We loved being able to cook in the room. The shower was amazing. Loved having two different rooms…the sectional was so comfortable! The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The beds….it was like sleeping on the ground. I like a firm mattress, but those were awful. We thought our daughter was just being dramatic, she indeed was not…

We will stay here every four years when we travel to CO. It’s a five star experience.
Pros:

We came in about two hours early thanks to the empty holiday roads and the staff were very accommodating, they let our family check-in early after our ten hour drive. It was absolutely amazing. Phenomenal staff.

Incredible hotel- impressive, comfortable, amazing staff- too many good things to say.
Pros:

Incredible! We’ve traveled a lot and this was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in while on-the-road. The staff was top notch, the facilities are new, clean, beautifully designed; the pool is beautiful and plenty of room; even the furniture was beautiful! And the breakfast in the morning was amazing.

Cons:

Nothing- it was seriously that good.
