Heerlijk verblijf, vooral luxe
Pros:

De kamer was groot en goed. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk! We kregen een upgrade naar een suite.

Cons:

Avondeten was niet bijzonder en taxishuttle bus was niet op de afgesproken tijd maar een uur later. Was uiteindelijk toch verder van vliegveld af dan gehoopt.

Excelente desayuno, escelente ubicación y tiene gran parqueo

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco anticuadas y en el baño la persiana de vidrio no cierra por completo, entonces cuando te bañas se sale mucha agua al suelo

Good hotel, would recommend to anyone staying in San Jose
Pros:

Breakfast - Good but could do with a bit for variety if staying for 5 days.

Muy mala atención a la hora del check in, nos dejaron 3 horas después de la hora de entrada y nos dieron unos tragos de cortesía y eran pésimo que ni los adquirimos....

El desayuno y la cena horribles, para nada de 5 estrellas.
Un bufete sin variedad ninguna, pollo, estofado de res, arroz y plátano y una bandeja de tomate pimiento cebolla y zanahoria, y otra de pasta pasada, y una olla con agua de verduras. Ahh y pan seco incompatible y las ensaladas mejor no opino.
Rl desayuno arroz frijoles salchicha tortilla al gusto y avena quesos y fiambre de jamón, fruta y yogur y algo de cereales mantequilla y mermelada. Lo caliente marítimo.

Cons:

Llegué al aeropuerto y estuve llamando a recepción por más de 1h y nadie cogió el teléfono, un hotel de 5 estrellas… contacte con ellos por todos los medios y nada! Servicios lamentable

Instalaciones viejas. Deje el celular cargando para un viaje de 10 horas y en mitad de la noche se fue la luz de mi habitación .

Cons:

Experiência muito dececionante. Reservei com pequeno-almoço e, uma semana antes, perguntei por email se podia adicionar jantar, tendo-me sido dito que não precisava de alterar a reserva. À chegada disseram-me o contrário e que teria de pagar o preço do dia.

O serviço de jantar foi extremamente confuso: um dia diziam que era buffet, outro que era à carta, depois novamente buffet. As bebidas também eram inconsistentes — umas vezes disponibilizavam, outras recusavam. A comida tinha pouquíssima variedade e qualidade muito fraca. No pequeno-almoço nem sequer havia iogurte disponível sem pedido adicional.

Alguns funcionários foram muito simpáticos e ajudaram bastante com a minha bebé, mas outros foram extremamente antipáticos. No meu aniversário, chegaram a recusar uma Coca-Cola no jantar, apesar de nos dias anteriores ter sido possível pedir bebidas normalmente.

O pior aconteceu no último dia, quando me foram buscar à mesa e levaram à receção porque alegadamente não tinha pago, quando a estadia tinha sido paga integralmente no primeiro dia. Uma situação extremamente constrangedora e inadmissível.

Viajo bastante e nunca tive uma experiência semelhante. Falta de organização, comunicação e consistência no serviço. Não voltaria.
