Me robaron 30 euros que tenía guardados dentro de la maleta en la habitación. Avisé en recepción, pero no he obtenido solución.

Awesome “resort” with great facilities. Great location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Quiet with great soundproofing. Good amenities. Good dining options (4 on site). Comfortable bed. Clean. Friendly and professional staff. Cable tv. Mini bar.

Horrible el trato

Está ubicado en un barrio muy peligroso rodeado de yonkis e indigentes.
El personal del bar es algo de denuncia, fui en pleno mundial y esa noche jugaba España-Uruguay, un partido bastante importante.
Llegue al bar y de las 4 televisiones en todas ellas puso el otro partido de Cabo Verde—Arabia saudí, cuando se le pidió de por favor poner el partido de España ni siquiera te miraban, finalmente en dos pantallas, entre ellas la más grande puso el partido de la selección española pero justo cuando iba a sonar el himno español cambió el sonido y nos puso el himno de Cabo Verde, pero todo el himno. Eso es una falta gravísima para quienes como yo amamos nuestro país y una ofensa gravísima. Después de este incidente y faltando 5 minutos para el final la chica nos dice que va a quitar el partido porque a las 20:00 justas tiene que empezar el DJ porque hay baile en esa sala, le dije que como hiciera eso le destrozaba el bar. Me parece de verdad denigrante y absurdo quitarte los últimos 5 minutos porque ellos quieren.
Otro aspecto a detallar de la mala atención fue el transporte que hacen de y hacia el aeropuerto. Mi llegada era a las 12:45 en vuelo nacional y el hotel me respondió que me recogía a las 15:00, le escribí que como iba a esperar más de dos horas un transfer pero no hubo respuesta, finalmente el conductor de iniciativa propia me recogió a las 13:00 indicándome que no iba a dejarme más de dos horas allí. Pero a la vuelta el problema fue tratar directamente con el hotel, donde me dicen que las horas son a las 6 y a las 8 el transfer, le indico que mi vuelo es a las 10:10 por lo que el de las 6 es muy pronto y el de las 8 si hay tráfico es muy justo y la respuesta fue: es lo que hay y si no te gusta te coges un Uber. Y termino el señor la conversación dándome la espalda. Un 10 en trato, el mismo señor que cuando me veía me miraba con un desprecio que no entendí el motivo.

Hotel excelente si tienes qe pasar por San José
Pros:

El hotel es un 10,calidad precio, música en directo, dos restaurantes, habitación cómoda. Personal de 10 y además puedes alquilar coche ahí mismo.

Lo único malo es entrar y salir de San José en hora punta

Only stayed one night. Close to airport, perfect for after flight night. À la carte was tasty, staff everywhere was accommodating. Grenada on site were beautiful.

Water took a while to heat up for shower but still got hot water so that’s good.
