No como esperaba
Pros:

El jardín, y la pianista que toca música en el lobby.

Cons:

Hubo 2 días en la semana que me quedé en qué no asearon mi habitación. Aún cuando puse en la puerta la señal de asearla. Y un día, que salí a las 06:30 am, volví a las 16:30 y recién la estaban aseando. Al exponer esto en la Recepción, me dijeron que cuando el personal de aseo veía cualquier nota puesta en la puerta de la habitación, no entraba para no molestar. Esto no tiene sentido porque hay una nota de No molestar, que es específica para eso, y otra de asear la habitación.

Достойный отель на 1-2 ночи!
Pros:

Останавливался здесь два раза, в первую ночь после прилёта, и в последнюю перед вылетом с Коста Рики. Первый раз бронировал через сайт, второй - через booking.com.

Глобально все хорошо: красивые уютные номера (кое-где требуется ремонт, но это не критично), просторные и светлые, очень удобные кровати (как всегда в отелях сети Barcelo), плотные black-out шторы, отличная шумоизоляция. Очень чисто и комфортно. Сильный горячий душ в ванной. Приятный персонал, быстрое заселение, неплохой завтрак и ужин по меркам Коста-Рики (например, в Мексике в городском отеле Barcelo México Reforma завтрак намного лучше как по выбору, так и по вкусу).

Хорошая цена, особенно при бронировании через сайт с программой лояльности Barcelo Unique. Есть неплохая зеленая территория (что редкость для городских отелей), есть аренда авто с хорошими условиями (лучше, чем в аэропорту).

Расположен отель между аэропортом и центром города, с пробками может быть около 30 минут. Есть бесплатный трансфер, очень удобно.

Cons:

Во-первых, я не смог поздно вечером забронировать через сайт по своей программе лояльности (только утром и днем это возможно), пришлось брать дороже на booking.com. Очень странно.

Во-вторых, разнообразие еды на завтраке и ужине, конечно, не соответствует 5* отелю сети Barcelo! Мало фруктов и овощей, не было даже авокадо и гуакамоле (!), маленький выбор десертов, основные мясные и рыбные блюда вкусные, но, опять-таки, опций очень мало. Абсолютно не сравнить с городским отелями Barcelo в Мексике и Испании!
