Pros:

Chambres très spacieuses, confortables avec balcon.
Petit déjeuner incroyable.
Magnifique jardin et piscine

Cons:

Système de clés par carte magnétique compliqué (recu 8 cartes au total, toutes identiques mais n'ouvrent pas les mêmes portes... on s'y perd)

Pros:

I loved the traditional breakfast, the freshness of the foods and fruit and the fresh juices, the price and the presentation were all amazing! The taste was good too.

Amazing hotel and staff. Very clean and comfortable beds!
Pros:

Staff was excellent and was able to help us with anything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept so well. Hotel and our room was clean and the breakfast was amazing with many options and loved the line to get eggs cooked anyway someone would want to. We stayed for a total of four nights (two the first time) and (two the second time) we were in Costa Rica for 17 days and went to an Airbnb in Quepos, so the hotel was our starting and ending point. Both stays were amazing.

Cons:

Loveseats in both rooms we stayed in are worn down and need replaced.

Pros:

Great location with easy access to highway. Comfy beds. Excellent hot water in bathroom. Decent selection of TV channels. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Cons:

Room service food is awful. It took way too long to be delivered and was less than appetizing. Hotel is outdated ad needs a refurb.

Cómodo y agradable
Pros:

Muy cómodo. Habitación amplia y silenciosa. Vistas maravillosas. Un pianista estupendo tocaba música increíble al atardecer en el hall

Cons:

No tuve ocasión de usar piscina, ni comer en el hotel por tanto no pude comprobar esos servicios

El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El bufete, si no llegas temprano hay cosas que no comes, el pan hubo dias que estaba duro y los postres basicos y viejos. La ubicación no es la mejor, no podes salir a caminar por la zona , tenes que tomar taxi, uber o ir en algun vehiculo.
