Cons:

The pull out couch was broken and in terrible condition. Instead of just replacing it we would have had to move rooms which wasn’t convenient. They also didn’t give us any kind of compensation for the inconvenience

Super cozy, welcoming and clean.

Cons:

The only thing was maybe feeling rushed to leave and check out. Housekeeping knocked at my door twice working 30 mins. The first time was to see if we needed anything and the second time there was a man waiting outside the hall with cleaning supplies. We decided to just check out and leave

I don’t have much to say in this, but when I said everything in the two spots above

I’m a repeat visitor of this resort. It’s in a good location. For the most part the grounds are clean. For the most part the food is decent

Cons:

The price of the food and the gift shop is a little steep for the quality of what you’re getting the grounds could use some work on cleanliness the Wi-Fi near the waterpark area and in the rooms is not good at all. A lot of the games were not working.
