Wunderbare Aussicht
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Zugspitze, denn ich hatte ein Zimmer mit bester Aussicht. Überrascht war ich vom schönen SPA-Bereich, der ebenfalls Zugspitzensicht hatte. Das Zimmer war renoviert (allerdings merkte man an einigen Punkten noch die alte Bausubstanz)

Insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch leider mit unfreundlichem und nachlässigem Personal.
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet, das hervorragende Abendessen sowie die wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider wurden wir sowohl beim Empfang als auch bei der Verabschiedung ziemlich unfreundlich behandelt. Zudem hat die Dame an der Rezeption die Rechnung an die falsche E-Mail-Adresse geschickt, obwohl die korrekte Adresse schriftlich vor ihr lag und lediglich hätte übernommen werden müssen. Eine Entschuldigung für diesen Fehler blieb leider ebenfalls aus.

Darüber hinaus waren die Zimmer extrem ringhörig – man hörte nachts praktisch jeden WC-Deckel, jeden Wecker und jeden Schritt aus den Nachbarzimmern.

Gute Lage-super Aussicht. Sehr freundliches Personal.Tolles Frühstück. Toller Spabereich mit großem Schwimmbecken. Super Busverbindung nach Füssen und den Schlössern.

Internet nicht überall verfügbar.
Restaurant Montag und Dienstag geschlossen.

Fantastische Lage
