Family Spring Break 2026
Pros:

This apt was clean, comfortable, supplied basic bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, laundry and entertainment/TV essentials. The apt was welcoming with access to inside outside pools, hot tub and most importantly beach with access to the Atlantic ocean. My family loved it and wants to return soon to Mrytle Beach and the Atlantica. Thank you for a complete pleasurable opportunity to visit Mrytle Beach.

Don’t let the bad reviews deter you, stay in a penthouse room (Frank’s is great!)
Pros:

The location was exceptional! We walked almost everywhere our whole trip. Beautiful beach access, restaurants everywhere, and we felt safe the whole time. I read all the reviews of this place before we booked and I didn’t know what to expect. I highly recommend the penthouse suites, and Frank was an awesome host. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, had no troubles with the elevator, and anything that wasn’t perfectly clean can be expected with such close beach access. This place was within our budget, a lot of the surrounding areas were not for a 2 bed 2 bath that sleeps 4+. The gorgeous ocean view on our balcony and the central location made it a perfectly good choice for our spring break! We had a blast.

Cons:

The room occasionally would get a sewage smell to it. We opened the balcony door. Not sure if it was the laundry? We did run the heat briefly as well.
