Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - gerne wieder!
Pros:

Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Das angeschloßene Restaurant bietet eine Auswahl guter Speisen und einen aufmerksamen Service. Ein besonderes Lob an den Supervisor des Hotels der mir sofort wegen einer technischen Panne am Motorrad geholfen hat das Malheur zu beseitigen. Sehr hifsbereit und freundlich, Danke dafür!

We had an excellent 2-night stay in NB Hotel & Spa! Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. A huge appreciation to the hotel supervisor Gzim, who exceeded all our expectations when we arrived. He was incredibly welcoming, professional and made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. He personally gave us phenomenal local dining recommendations. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, efficient, smiling and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was great, the service was top-notch, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

Best hotel to spend a rainy day and/or relax
Pros:

Really nice hotel, not necessarily for its location (but it's ok if you have a car) but for its infrastructure: a great pool, two saunas, a jacuzzi and I had them all for myself during the hours I spent there! There's a bar and restaurant and the food is great, both in the evening as the breakfast. The hotel manager was really nice and the rest of the personnel too. It's easy to park in front of the hotel. I recommend NB Hotel & Spa to all travellers passing through or visiting Tetovo.

Pros:

La reception è stata eccezionale. Sono arrivato tardi la notte e mi hanno accolto senza problemi. La stanza era molto curata e pulita, inoltre per qualsiasi esigenza erano tutti molto disponibili. Il ristorante era molto ben fornito e il cibo molto buono. La palestra e la zona spa erano molto comode e moderne

Buen hotel en su momento pero muy mal mantenido
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal en recepcion ue ante una fiesta que iba a haber en la terraza nos cambió directamente la habitación para que no tuvieramos ruido

Cons:

Era un hotel que en su momento tuvo que estar muy bien con un estupendo spa, pero que no tiene ningún mantenimiento sobre todo en la parte del spa, bancos y suelos de la sauna rotos, azulejos rotos y faltantes, enchufes fuera de la pared, griferia oxidada
