Nje mbremje patem nje emergjence me beben tone dhe duhej te shkonim urgjentisht ne spital. Ne ate moment stafi nuk hezitoi aspak dhe menjehere na ndihmoi.

Ne vecanti duam te falenderojme recepsionistin Shlerim. Ai nuk hezitoi asnje moment, mori veturen e tij private dhe na dergoi sa me shpejt ne spital. Ne ate moment, si prinder ishim shume te shqetesuar dhe ndihma e tij ishte per ne shume e rendesishme.

Kemi perjetuar rralle nje sherbim kaq njerezor, miqesor dhe te kujdesshem. I gjithe stafi ishte shume i sjellshem dhe i gatshem te na ndihmonte.

Nje falenderim i madh per Shlerimin dhe gjithe stafin! Ishim shume, shume te kenaqur me sherbimin dhe nuk do ta harrojme kurre ndihmen e tyre. Ju rekomandojme me gjithe zemer!

Pros:

Los empleados han sido muy amables. La cama era enorme y súper cómoda. El desayuno de pago merece la pena, bueno y ajustado de precio. Recomendable

Cons:

No es un 5* para los estándares de España. El spa no funcionaba bien, solo la piscina y el jacuzzi.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, especialmente del responsable. Muy atento y no nos cobró el suplemento de la piscina. Piscina climatizada que disfrutamos solos.
Otra cosa que nos gustó fue el restaurante. Mucha variedad a un precio muy ajustado y excelente elaboración y calidad. Muy recomendable. Las habitaciones modernas y bien equipadas.
Hotel no muy céntrico pero andando se tarda 15" en llegar al centro.

Cons:

Aunque supuestamente tienen parking propio, es descubierto y compartido con la gasolinera que hay justo al lado y aparca todo el mundo y las plazas escasean.

Hotel mit Potential, großes Spa, recht gute Lage, große Zimmer/Apartments.

Cons:

Spa teilweise „außer Betrieb“. Und auch noch gegen zusätzliche Gebühr!
Laut booking incl. Frühstück. Leider mussten wir auch hier extra zahlen (a la carte!)
Sehr laut, wir waren auf dem 5. Stock, im 6. Stock fand eine hochzeit statt!
Vieles defekt, kaputt, renovierungsbedürftig, Elektrokabel hingen aus den wänden.
Whirlpool ging nicht, duschkopf kaputt, usw.
Alles andere als „5 Sterne“.
Realistisch 3+ Sterne.
Dafür ist der Preis dann wiederum viel zu hoch!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but in reality it started at 7:45am because the cook didn't show up earlier. The staff was smoking inside the restaurant.
The spa is not included in the room price.

100% will visit again.
Pros:

I have no words to say apart from a Wow. Reception staff was great in meeting and greeting. I meant to check out at 11am but due to my flight being late at the evening I was trying to extend my stay a bit longer despite being fully booked the person in charge of bookings and reservations (Gzim ) he managed to let me stay and I can't express my gratitude of thanking him enough, it helped me and mum a lot to stay and rest trough out the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one visiting is well worth it.

Pros:

As someone who values excellent customer service, I can confidently say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. A special thanks to Qzim and Çlirim for their kindness, outstanding hospitality, and the assistance they provided throughout my stay.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos - not to mention the different range of facilities it has to offer.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to visit Tetovo in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The manager even solved a problem that originated from my part without any fees or hesitations. The facility was nice even though we didn’t use the pool or the spa.

Cons:

The cleanness was one of my problems. There were used towels when we arrived to the room. There were also hairs on the hairdryer. Also there was this thing about security. One room card opened another room’s door. I don’t know if that was a one time thing or not.
