After four years of staying there not sure if I’ll return.

Cons:

Our room was poor based in an old block with lifts and stairs to get there. Room condition was poor with an initial smell of sewage, the hot water was slow to come through and the shower was above the bath. This was our fourth time of staying there and probably the worst. Not sure if the new ownership played a part but it was more expensive than last year with certainty a poorer room

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Angenehm war auch die Tiefgarage für das Auto.
Frühstück mit Hund auf der Außenterrasse war möglich. Lo

Cons:

35 € pro Nacht für den Hund ist unakzeptabel. So viel haben wir noch nie für unseren Hund in einem Hotel gezahlt.
Das Hotel war ein sehr verwinkeltes Hotel. Wir mussten wir mussten mit drei verschiedenen Aufzügen fahren, um unser Zimmer zu erreichen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein und sehr abgewohnt. Eine Renovierung wäre dringend notwendig.

Nefasto diseño y falta de voluntad para enmendarlo.
Pros:

Personal, variedad del buffet.

Cons:

La accesibilidad a las habitaciones y todo el Hotel es nefasta. Siempre hay una escalera de por medio y nunca un ascensor directo.

Die Marshmallows am Empfang waren sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel war eine riesen Enttäuschung. Das gesamte Hotel ist komplett abgewohnt und gehört eigentlich abgerissen. In unserem ersten Zimmer hatten wir so gut wie keinen Wasserdruck. Die Dusche war winzig. Schimmel im Bad an jeder Ecke. Nachdem wir bereit waren 24 Euro mehr zu bezahlen, bekamen wir ein besseres Zimmer. Aber auch dieses Zimmer, war das Geld nicht wert. Wenn sich draußen jemand unterhalten hatte, war man der Meinung, daß Zimmer hätte keine Fester, von einer ruhigen Nacht war man also Lichtjahre entfernt. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig und der Frühstücksraum ähnelte mehr einer Markthalle, als ein gemütlichen Frühstücksraum. Diese Hotel ist für diesen Preis nicht zu empfehlen. Alle positiven Bewertungen für dieses Hotel können wir in keinster Weise nachvollziehen.

Un buen lugar para disfrutar de Lagos
Pros:

La atención de todo el personal; en primer término tuve un problema familiar y pudieron modificarme la fecha de la reserva sin coste, hecho que agradecí enormemente.
En segundo término, mucha atención por parte de las chicas de recepción así como por el chico q nos acompañó hasta la habitación y ayudo con el equipaje. Igualmente tuve un percance con la maleta q se bloqueó el cierre, y un chico de mantenimiento del hotel rápidamente solucionó el problemas
También me parece genial el parking gratuito con el que cuenta el hotel dentro de las instalaciones.
El hotel dispone de gimnasio cómodo y suficiente y piscina exterior y climatizada
Finalmente, desayuno buffet variado y muy bueno.

Cons:

Demasiado grande y un poco lioso para moverse por dentro de las instalaciones. Además, hay algunas zonas que cuentan con escaleras que es necesario subir y bajar para acudir a tu habitación.
Considero que las instalaciones deberían renovarse y actualizarse un poco.

Die Lage des Hotel ist top. Das Auto konnten wir in der Garage parkieren.

Cons:

Uns wurde ein Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels zugewiesen. Der Weg dorthin war sehr umständlich und mit viel Gepäck äusserst mühsam. Zuerst mussten wir bei der Rezeption einen Lift nehmen und anschliessend einen langen Gang entlanglaufen. Danach kamen Treppen, die keinen Lift hatten, sodass wir unser gesamtes Gepäck selbst die Treppe hinauftragen mussten. Erst danach gab es wieder einen Lift, mit dem wir schliesslich in den 3. Stock fahren konnten, wo sich unser Zimmer im alten Hotelteil befand.

Ein solcher Weg zum Zimmer ist sehr mühsam und alles andere als komfortabel, insbesondere wenn man mit Gepäck reist.

Auch der Pool war in einem schlechten Zustand und machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Für uns war er deshalb nicht zum Baden geeignet.

Asukoht ja hommikusöök

Cons:

Broneerimisel makstud hinna eest (ei broneerinud kõige odavamat tuba) saab kõige kehvema vaatega toa, et paremat vaadet saada saadetakse pärast broneeringu tegemist link (Mida on väga keeruline kasutada, kui ta üldse töötab) mille kaudu saab lisaraha eest( mis ei ole väike) parema vaatega toa.
