Nada, de hecho me tuve que ir a los dos días y estoy esperando la devolucion en mi cuenta de los días no consumidos de mi estancia y el parking. La habitación inaccesible con bastantes escalones para poder acceder a ella y con la calidad pésima, desde luego no está a la altura de un NH. Estas habitaciones estándar no cumplen ni seguridad pues a mi me desapareció 50 euros que tenía en mi cartera en un cajón por lo que colmó el vaso y abandonamos el hotel con el acuerdo de la responsable del hotel de la devolucion de los días no consumidos de los cuales me dio la factura rectificativa y estoy esperando el ingreso.

Don’t Let the Negative Reviews Put You Off

We have just returned from another wonderful stay and felt compelled to leave a review because some of the recent negative comments genuinely don’t reflect the experience we had. It sometimes feels as though people are looking for faults rather than enjoying their holiday. No hotel is perfect, but the level of criticism in some reviews seems completely disproportionate to what is actually on offer here.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout the hotel was fantastic. The bar staff, pool staff and housekeeping team were particularly outstanding and are a real credit to the hotel.

Our room was modern, comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay, and we loved the fresh beach towels provided daily – a small touch that made a big difference.

One criticism I have seen mentioned is the pool area. While it may look a little dated in places and could perhaps benefit from refurbishment in the future, it’s understandable that major works can’t be carried out during the busy summer season. More importantly, the pool area was clean, well maintained and we never had any difficulty finding a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The food was another highlight. Breakfast offered a great selection, was always well stocked and served by attentive staff. The pool bar snacks were excellent – genuinely one of the best burgers we have ever had on holiday! My personal favourite was the strawberry daiquiri, which was absolutely delicious.

The hotel strikes the perfect balance between being peaceful and relaxing while still being within easy reach of everything Lagos has to offer. It’s close enough to enjoy the town, restaurants and marina, yet quiet enough to truly unwind.

This was not our first stay here, and it certainly won’t be our last. We had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing and well-run base in Lagos. If you’re reading reviews before booking, I’d encourage you to take some of the harsher comments with a pinch of salt and judge the hotel for yourself.

Excellent location and has every amenity anyone would need. Literally had everything

The location is good. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main busy area, but far enough away that it stays quiet.

O hotel se localiza perto da rodoviária, estação de trem e do centro. O café da manhã era excelente, com muita variedade.

After reading some reviews I was bit apprehensive about the NH Hotel in Lagos. The hotel was booked with Jet 2 and was based on a standard room, some of the reviews were very negative on the condition of the rooms and that there were a lot of steps to reach the rooms, I contacted the hotel via email about my concerns and also that my wife had some mobility issues, they recommended booking a superior room as they were close to the reception area, restaurant, bar and pool. There were 2 types of superior rooms , a modern at an extra €12 per night and a modern with garden view at €20 per night. I booked the modern room at €12 per night / €84 per week as we wanted to be close to all the amenities, upon arrival we were upgraded to the superior garden view room . Our porter took our bags and brought us to the room however the door was open because there seemed to be an issue with the lock also the fan in the shower was on and it was quiet noisy, the porter brought us back to reception and after a few minutes the manager came over to us apologising for the inconvenience and gave us a new superior garden view room which was excellent. Later on that evening a letter was left under the door apologising once again and gave a voucher for 2 drinks at the bar. I was highly impressed with the customer service and so far we are really enjoying our stay and we still have 4 days to left on our holiday.

Lovely to see some upgrades taking place at the hotel - it’s a fabulous location and lovely staff. Love the environmental policy as well with rewards to match
