Pros:

I never really put reviews but this one 100% deserves a 5 star. Location amazing. very close to the beach and walkable to everywhere! walkable to lincoln road, ocean drive, and many restaurants!! and the staff were very friendly! hotel was very very clean as well.

I would stay again but prefer to be on the top 3rd floor. The kitchen would bring me back.
Pros:

The Location could not be better. I was provided with a free car ride from Airport. Went Well.
The shared outdoor kitchen was a deal breaker. Loved having my own Breakfast poolside every day.
Or having economical Take out and drinks at and The pool is Very large and Clean. Nice to lounge around.
Central Air is the best and Consistent temperature Quiet No On Off Noisy cycles. Magnetic pads to adjust
air flow work well. Hallways not a good first impression but the room was spotless Clean. Comfy Foam Bed.
Floors above can be noisy. I imagine this place was built when carpet was king. Ask for the highest 3rd floor.

Cons:

I didn't like having to play the Doorman at night as i sat on the patio with a bottle of wine there was a steady flow of Door Bangers checking in late asking me all kinds of questions on how to check in.

Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around Miami. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their great service made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel en las fotos parecía mejor, nunca hicieron limpieza, olía mal, olía a Marihuana todos los días, no ponían lo indispensable como papel higiénico, realmente mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo nada

I was very stressed by the lack of air conditioning and the safe problem
Pros:

Very unhappy with the air conditioning! There was none in my room.

Cons:

The little safe was hanging off the wall and unusable until after two days a technician placed new batteries in the safe door and placed 1 X 4 boards under the safe to keep it from falling off the wall.

es como una comunidad, tiene una espacio común de cocina al aire libre y comedor debajo de una pérgola, super equipada con elementos de cocina y todo lo necesario para cocinar como aceite, sal, etc, hay heladeras grandes con puertas vidriadas para que puedas hacer tus compras, rotularlas y almacenar para luego cocinarte. También la gente va dejando las sombrillas o reposteras que compra durante su estadía para que sean utilizadas por el resto de los huéspedes. El hotel brinda toallas de playa. Todo es excelente. La habitación que elegimos es como un departamento, baño super cómodo y vestidor.
