The room was quiet and clean.
Location
Dirty, toilet and shower not ADA, very smelly!
Easy access to my room.
I went down to have breakfast, but I didn't particular like what was served. All the meat was pork. I believe a choice of meat would go a long way.
The free breakfast was great 👍

The woman that checked me in was very informative and kind.
Some of the elevator floors were dirty.
My name is Katelynn LaCursia. I stayed at the Country Inn and Suites by Raddison in Tinley Park on Saturday, July 26th. I was told that we could check in any time beginning at 3. When I arrived at 4:20 pm there was a very long line of people waiting to check in. They had told me they were waiting over an hour for Check In and that rooms were not available. There was a very kind man working the front desk, but it was clear this hotel was incredibly understaffed and unprepared for guests. I had to wait 40 minutes before I could check in. Most people continued having to wait for their rooms to be ready well past 3:00.
I am disappointed with this experience. I chose this hotel because of the good reviews and proximity to Credit One Union Arena where I was attending a concert. I got to the event much later than anticipated due to this inconvenience.
The lady at the front desk was nice
The room had a smell to it and did not appear fully clean. The price was $400 for one night and the hotel is not worth it. The people above me stomped and walked hard all night I barely slept. I would rather sleep in my car than at this hotel ever again.
The ppl was amazing and I mean everyone was so nice front desk all the wat to house keepers 10/10
