Lots of pluses but also some minuses
Pros:

Employee working evenings, after I'd come in from a long day at Colonial Williamsburg, was so polite and helpful!

Cons:

Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Pillows definitely need to be replaced.

Great place to spend a couple of days touring the williamsburg area.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful, there indoor pool and whirlpool were just perfect after a day out touring. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There is not daily housekeeping service unless you specifically ask for clean towels, or to have your garbage emptied. You get what you pay for.

Everything was great and very affordable!
Pros:

It was in a great location! Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t feel there was adequate handicap accessible parking. I think the members only parking should be located elsewhere to allow for more accessible parking.

We had a fantastic stay and the hotel was less than 3 miles from everyway we wanted to see.
Pros:

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, the housekeeping staff was so sweet, every morning in the hallway they would say good morning, have a nice day!

Cons:

not one complaint, we had a fantastic stay!

Pros:

The manager and staff were awesome! We originally booked the hotel through Booking.com. On our way down to the hotel, the manager called and told us that the hotel was completely full and did not understand why Booking.com made the reservation. She was extremely helpful by calling Booking.com herself to explain why we needed the cancelation and then told us of available hotels in the area for first night's stay. Then she also gave us a very nice discount on the 2nd night at this hotel when the room was available. Excellent customer service!
