The location is good, right in front of Santa Monica beach

Cons:

The room was super tiny. There was no light from anywhere except room lights. The AC was functioning poorly, and there were not toilateries. Overall, after paying ~650$, I was super disappointed. I should have booked other 4 star for 100$ extra.

Pros:

The location was great. The mattresses were awful. I was in a room with a broken a/c unit. And a dreadfully lumpy mattresss. It was so hot. Unbearable. They moved me the next day but I left early. I spoke to them about a refund for the night I didn’t stay and no reply.
