Pros:

Hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal. Ruhige Lage inmitten alter Bäume mit vielen Eichhörnchen.

Schlecht unterhaltene Anlage betreffend Garten, sanitäre Installation ( Wasserhahnen, Dusche),
Wenn man müde, mit Taxi vom Flughafen im Hotel ankommt, wäre es ein grosses Bedürfnis dort einen Snack ( Sandwich, Hamburger usw) kaufen zu können, damit mit Taxi nicht nochmals ausser Haus gehen zu müssen. Kleine Küche ist ja vorhanden. Eine kleine Geste wäre auch etwas Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer bereitzustellen.

Delightful-we wanted a non city day night before we flew home and this place was ideal
Pros:

This place is very quiet and well laid out . The grounds and gardens are amazing , we saw many birds including green jays and flame backed tanagers- as we were about to leave we saw an Amazonian Motmot - loved it

La casa y los jardines del hotel son realmente hermosos

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente importante durante la noche: había muchos zancudos dentro de la habitación y prácticamente no pudimos dormir. Sería muy bueno que el hotel revisara este tema (mosquiteros, repelentes o fumigación) para que la experiencia sea tan buena en las habitaciones como lo es en el resto del lugar.

Muy satisfecho. Habitación en buenas condiciones, buena cama, colchón y almohadas. Agua bien caliente. Sin ruidos del entorno (Salvo el aterrizaje de los aviones, que es inevitable en toda la zona). Muy tranquilo, muy familiar.

Cons:

De pronto un tema común a los hoteles, que es el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Pero esto no me limitaría a volver a ir a este hotel.
