Pros:

Location had amazing views of the lake

Cons:

A couple small things, a dirty towel left on back of bathroom door from maybe previous guest, blocked shower drain that didn’t drain well and just the odd bit of dust around the place.

Pros:

The plus point is the beautiful lake mountain views but it came with a price of steep slopes to access the apartment.

Cons:

The main bed mattresses were acceptable but the single mattress spring was no good in the 2nd bedroom. Shower water pressure no good.

Everything was awesome. Will recommend it to friends.
Pros:

Fair share of the view. All units can get the view.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 nights. Need to replenish coffee, sugar, etc. shower wasnt properly cleaned.

Amazing view
Pros:

The view here was not to be beaten. Central location by car. Very modern and well appointed. Loved the heated bathroom floor. Amenities well supplied and met our needs.

Clean, a little further out of town than expected but the view from the room made up for the distanc
Pros:

Loved the room, it was clean and bed super comfortable

Cons:

No one at reception at checkin time. There were also others waiting to checkin, so the delay was not great.

Love the views
Pros:

The amazing views and plenty of space in the apartment.

As we were below the road there wasn't any road noise.

Cons:

Steep driveway that was hard to walk on when icy and our apartment block didn't have stairs to take us down to our garages like others so we had no choice but to use the steep driveway.

It's ok but needs improvements for the price
Pros:

The view to the lake was really nice, location also pretty handy as its half way between Town centre and Five mile. The apartment unit we've got was on the ground floor with allocated covered parking which made it easy to load and unload the car and a private laundry area also very handy. Heating was really good and we also had heating blankets

Cons:

I requested an early check in which was subject to availability. I've got no response to my request beforehand or even when I arrived to the airport. I message the property but got no answer.
When checking in, we got no explanation on how the property works (where the laundry area was located, rubbish collection, change of linen etc)
Walls are VERY THIN, we could hear absolutely everything people above us were doing and their laundry area was above our bedroom. We complained about this TWICE as our neighbours were doing laundry at midnight and back at it at 5AM, making sleeping impossible.
Bathroom had mould on the sealing and we found hair on the towels.
You can tell that the finishes of the apartment are quite cheap, and outdared. Though carpet looked recently renovated. We stayed in a more modern backpackers hostel in Te Anau for cheaper cost

We loved our visit to Queenstown.
Pros:

We loved the view and the appartment was comfortable and spacious. It was very warm on arrival which was great for a wet night.

Cons:

The driveway was difficult and there was a broken chair and kitchen tap.
