Je suis passé là-bas le 21 juin à le 25 juin 2026 franchement c'est magnifique il y a des petits déjeuners à l'accueil il y a toujours quelqu'un 24 heures sur 24 les chats femme nettoyent les chambres tous les jours changer le lit tous les jours il y a la télé tout près de tout franchement on aime bien si on va encore à Paris on y va là-bas hôtel le près de tout il y a des Carrefour tout près de Châteauroux
Franchement je n'ai pas de problème je fais 5 jours je n'ai rien approché tout est passé très bien pour moi
La localisation centrale et proche du métro Cadet, le confort du lit, la vue sur la Tour Effel, le petit déjeuner copieux et bon (pas exceptionnel mais amplement suffisant), la grande douche.
On avait demandé un lit parapluie qu'on n'a eu qu'une nuit sur les 2.
L'ascenseur était en panne et nous étions au 5e étage avec 2 bébés...
Reserve el alojamiento porque en la descripción menciona que cuentan con elevador y el ascensor no funcionaba y eso dificultó a mi madre que tiene problemas en la rodilla para subir escaleras, hacia bastante calor y la ventana da a la calle por lo que si abría no se podía dormir del ruido, tuve que ir a buscar un ventilador que subí yo por las escaleras. La cocina esta alado de la recepción y vi una rata además la manteca que me tocó estaba abierta por lo que da la impresión de que los restos lo vuelven a reutilizar para otros clientes y para colmo uno reserva hotel de vacaciones para descansar y a las 8;30 de la mañana empiezan con ruidos por reparacionesiones del hotel. Sinceramente reservar este hotel es lo mismo que poner tus euros en un basurero. Lastimosamente no puedo adjuntar los vídeos para que escuchen los ruidos que sufrimos desde temprano por las reparaciones durante nuestra estadía

J’ai assister a un échange assez musclé le matin a la réception entre un client mécontent et le réceptionniste !
Mais pour moi le plus gros point négatif c'est que nous avons aucun échange jamais on répond aux mails envoyer ni aux appels
Je m était tromper de nuit a ma 1ere resa quand j ai remarqué mon erreur après des appels nombreux sans réponses j ai trouver sur le site comment annuler , j ai reçu un mail
Type m'informant que me résiliation était pris en compte
Je suis passer par booking.com ensuite
Non seulement la chambre était moins chère
Mais tout était fluide et facile
Et le pire c est que ma première nuit annulée ma bien était débiter !,,
Bref je passerai toujours par booking.com dorénavant

There were some renovations going on in the lobby, and it was quite noisy. It would have been nice to know that beforehand. But still nice experience in general:)
I like that the room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided fan. I enjoyed interacting with the staff.
It was really hot but the property did not have air conditioning. I’m sure that most times air conditioning is not needed.
Stayed here for a couple of nights while in Paris. Wow such good value for money, the location is great, the free brekky was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean with a good bathroom and I couldn’t really fault it for the price or location. Would definitely stay again if in Paris. Thanks so much :)
Just a bit loud having the window open at night

This is the first time in my life that I have felt the need to publicly warn people about a hotel. After years of traveling, I have never experienced anything like this.
If you are considering booking this hotel, stop for a moment and look at the many other hotels in Paris within the same price range. Looking back, choosing this hotel was one of the biggest mistakes of my trip.
The main issue is not just the quality of the hotel, but the gap between what is advertised and what you actually receive. In my opinion, there is no value in advertising a service if it is unavailable or does not function as any reasonable guest would expect. To explain what I mean: a hotel can advertise that it has an elevator, but the elevator is out of service; it can advertise breakfast, but provide it under restrictions that significantly diminish the guest experience. By the same logic, a hotel could claim to provide a bed but without a mattress, or advertise a shower that has no hot water. These are examples of why it is not enough for a service to exist "on paper"—it must actually be available and usable in the way any reasonable guest would expect.
Even after I reported the issues, documented them, and provided evidence, no genuine attempt was made to resolve the situation. Despite being told that the hotel would contact me, that never happened.
If you want a relaxing vacation or a business trip without spending your time arguing about what was promised versus what was actually delivered, do yourself a favor and book another hotel. Paris offers plenty of better alternatives at the same price.
I only hope this review saves another traveler from having the same experience I did.
