Well, the front desk service is very good, and the check-in experience is also great. In particular, the receptionists sherman gave us very pertinent suggestions and helped us compare several travel agencies,and also tells us the matters needing attention very patiently.

A very nice stay
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, neat, and well organized with comfort beddings.

Location is nice, not far from the city center and also away from the crowed.

Particularly, I’d like to give an excellent review for miss Masniah, how is very friendly and cleaned our rooms perfectly!

Warm Welcome, Wonderful Service — Thank You, Mr. Sherman!

Alhamdulillah, my check-in experience was truly pleasant thanks to Mr. Sherman at the reception. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He kindly offered me several complimentary drinks and even surprised me with a late check-out, even though I hadn’t requested one.

Beyond his generosity, what stood out most was the calm and comforting atmosphere he created — his warmth made the whole check-in process feel soothing rather than just transactional. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and it really set a positive tone for the rest of my stay.

Great Stay
Pros:

Sherman at the front desk was friendly, courteous and helpful, I had a smooth check-in. Kate, with the housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy daily. This hotel has clean and new room and facilities. Conveniently located near a famous seafood restaurant.

This is the most cozy stay I’ve ever experience with a helpful hoteliers
