Pros:

The location and the room space

Cons:

During our check-in, one of the counters didn't help properly due to our breakfast supposed to be free for 2 people per room instead of 1 free breakfast per room but according to the booking.com that we applied from online the room was free breakfast for 2 people per room.

Comfortable stay, great service and good location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we asked for more bottled water, they gave us plentiful. The room was well cleaned every day. We were allocated a room that was quite and away from the main road. Location was great - near to eating places and shops. We arrived late at night, and it was handy to be able to eat in the hotel restaurant at a reasonable price. Just before we left, we wanted our luggage weighed, and the staff at reception, Sherman, was most helpful with this.

Cons:

It was good to have breakfast included in our booking. The breakfast could be better with more variety. The watermelon and papaya served everyday were not too fresh.

Cons:

Request baby cot tapi baby cot tidak mencukupi. Jadi tidur kurang selesa bila tiada baby cot kerana katil tidak sesuai untuk kegunaan baby, untuk orang dewasa sangat selesa.
Ada habuk. Sangat nampak dekat area kettle.
Sofa besar berbunyi jika digunakan.menggangu tidur.
Belum jam 12 untuk check out,kad bilik tidak berfungsi Dan bilik blackout.

Pros:

All good, like new hotel

Cons:

I cant directly go to my son room (from 3rd floor to 2nd floor) instead have to go to lobby area and wait for them there before going to their room. I guess for a security reason
