Breakfast was basic. Toast and coffee and some cereals. I loved the setting next to the canal, watching fish splash while sipping your morning coffee, occasionally a water monitor would clamber out on the opposite bank and waddle along to a nest to feed its offspring. Locals fish in the canal and along the walkway aunties and uncles would come out of their homes and have their meals and congregate to chat, The area was well-kept and clean and everyone was always ready to greet.
there was nothing that i didn't like because it was an immersive experience into the lifestyle of the few families along the canal.
Close to most of places you want to visit as a tourist.
Most common feedback, That I saw beforehand, just the same. Bed very hard, toilet water leak, staff are not bad, but not very passionate about service too. Although they will help you, but way of communicating is rough.

El desayuno deja mucho que desear. El baño es pequeño y comparte ducha y wc, lo que hace que todo se moje bastante.
Its near cafes and temples like Wat Arun and Wat Pho!
The air condition needs a little fix as it rattles when its turned on.

The location of this place is amazing, the canal its located on is super cute both day and night, and its very close to the main areas. But even though its so close to the busy areas, this neighbourhood is pretty quiet. Also the value for money is great, I stayed there once before and was sure to come back.

Quiet and charming location, simple but decent breakfast, very clean. Aircon working well.
Be aware that the mattress was quite hard. Not an issue for me, but I know it can be for other people
Excellent value for its price, we basically just went to sleep there, it was the perfect place for us 4 young adults. We liked the location, the canale was pretty.
Sadly there was no private fridge in the room, which was unlucky, my partner has to store his insulin in the fridge, so we asked the staff if we could use the fridge in the reception hall.
