Het super vriendelijke personeel

Cons:

Badkamer was erg klein van de standaard kamer, volgende keer boeken we een grotere kamer.

Das Zimmer war super. Der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach top. Der Poolbereich war okay. Der Wellnessbereich war gut.
Das Abendessen war sehr gut und die anderen Mahlzeiten die es dazu gab auch top.

Cons:

Die Anbindung an die Stadt (Schönau) war nicht so gut. Der Weg ins Tal ist nur über die Straße (Fußweg) möglich, welche 2,5 km erfasst. Kein direkter Wanderweg runter nach Schönau möglich.
Zu wenig Liegen draußen im Sommer. Keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Zona wellness ben organizzata e pulita. Ottima qualità del cibo sia a pranzo che a cena.

Avrei apprezzato un materasso e dei cuscini un po’ più comodi, ma si tratta di una preferenza personale

Spectator Soulful location
Pros:

Fabulous attention to detail. The customer was King. Food was excellent. Wellness facilities were superb. The location was incredibly peaceful and soulful. As we were celebrating a special anniversary, we were made to feel very well looked after. Totally recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Bathroom was small. Smokers were enabled to smoke in the outside terrace where meals were served. Felt at odds with the wellness theme.

Enorm compleet luxe verblijf in prachtige omgeving
Pros:

Super comfortabel hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ruime kamer. Enorm uitgebreid ontbijt. Lekker eten ‘s avonds en prima bar. Heerlijke sauna faciliteiten en massage mogelijkheden om volledig te ontspannen. Wakker worden van de bellen die om de koeien hangen in de achtertuin hoort erbij.

Das wunderschöne Hotel liegt sehr idyllisch auf einer Anhöhe am Waldrand. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges, komfortables Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Frühstück sowie das 5-Gänge Abendmenü war eine Gourmet-Reise vom Allerfeinsten. Sehr eindrücklich ist der grosszügige Spa-Bereich mit den vielen Ruhezonen sowie die Aussenpools und die Liegewiese. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, aufmerksam, diskret und hilfsbereit. Der gesamte Hotel- und Aussenbereich ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Badezimmer hätte für zwei Personen etwas grösser sein können.
