The best hotel in Glenwood springs! Great value and besurdul
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. Gorgeous room, amazing renovation. Great staff. Great products in the bathr.

Cons:

I booked through booking, and paid 185 dollars for a night.
As I got there, they said that I need to pay for incidentals 50 dollar.
I didn’t have a physical credit card on me, and they said it’s the only way to pay.
They did not mention it in any place.
I couldn’t pay with my physical card because it’s foreign, and I had to go back all the way to back to Denver, and did not spend night.
And I was charged for the room.
Absurd.

A depressing night stay at the hotel - avoid.

Not a 4 star hotel - rooms on the 3rd floor very small and dated with constant air con noise all night. Also the bedroom window looked into the lobby.

Pros:

The historic atmosphere was preserved while making upscale renovations. Beautiful! It was very convenient for us to arrive by Amtrak and then enjoy Glenwood Springs.

sehr gute Lage, neben Bahnhof und viele Restaurants und Shops gleich neben Hotel

Zimmer kein Tageslicht, gleich in die Lobby welche im Umbau ist

Good location, friendly staff, nice lobby comfortable and inviting
Cons:

We did not have a closet or wardrobe in our room which was somewhat inconvenient. Once we figured out how to get to 4 th floor it was manageable

beautiful hotel, great location ,able to walk to restaurants and shops

Cons:

No breakfast was served--there was a great coffee shop, but the lines very very long in the mornings. Abrakfast for hotel guests would have been nice.
