Overpriced, not very clean, staff untruthful, parking horrible

Proximity to hot springs

Cons:

Issued $150 dollar ticket for parking in a disabled parking spot, with a current and displayed disabled placard. I asked the front desk the morning after arrival if it was ok to park there and they responded yes. Staff then lied and said it wasn’t the hotel when in fact it was their hired security. 2 hour parking all around the hotel so paid parking is only option. No signs directly in front of the parking stall only signs to the right blocked by the truck parked there.

Leaves a memory that is warm and comforting.
Pros:

All staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a wonderful décor and atmosphere being welcoming, warm and comfortable. The room and bed were very comfortable.
