Lovely cosy hotel, full of charm.
Pros:

Lovely quaint hotel, great location for seeing Victoria. Easy walking distance to centre and amenities. We had two petite rooms and queen room which were very clean with all the necessary towels and toiletries provided. Although there are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, coffee and tea is provided free in the lobby from 6am-11am. Lovely staff, very willing to help. Restaurant and pub also in the hotel if you wanted.

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.
Super Lage.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Jugendliche gebucht.

Das Schlafsofa war sehr klein, alt und unbequem.

Charming hotel with a charismatic manager
Pros:

This is a quant hotel with a homely vibe the hotel manager is charismatic & charming ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
This isn’t a 5 start hotel but charming homely & very comfortable. Highly recommended. It’s close to downtown but very walkable & surprisingly quiet.

Pros:

Wonderful apartment in a historic place. Location was close to the parliament, the wharf and the center in a beautiful part of the city. We had a warm welcome by the very friendly staff.

Another lovely stay in this friendly and professional hotel
Pros:

Located in a quiet residential area, just a 5-10-minute walk to central Victoria/waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, clean rooms, lovely bathrooms with products freely available, delicious and fair-priced breakfast with excellent service. This was our second overnight stay here and we would definitely come again. When we asked for hairdryer and iron, they were immediately available.

Cons:

Our room was above the restaurant/kitchen area and music was playing from around 5.45am, which we could hear in our room. Some kind of blind is needed in the bathroom, otherwise when the window is open people outside can easily see you. Our bathroom looked out over the hotel carpark and neighbouring homes and we felt quite exposed.
