Great place to stay a while
Pros:

We stayed in a garden suite, very relaxing overlooking beautiful gardens, hummingbirds and squirrels. Close walking distance to beacon Hill park, downtown, coastline and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was good. While the older hotel had plenty of charm, the rooms were comfortable, but basic.

I especially enjoyed having chats with the front office team, lead by manager, Heddy

Comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Comfortable suite in a great location. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. Parking on site was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent too!

Overall ok. The improvements would make a big difference.

Friendly staff. Great location for Victoria centre.

Cons:

There were two chairs in the bedroom which meant that there was no room for our suitcases. The staff were good and took them out for our stay. Didn’t like the dark patterned carpet. The curtains didn’t cover the windows so we asked the staff for bulldog clips to hold them together. There were no drinks facilities in the bedrooms. Hot drinks were available from the reception area but only until 11.00, this really needs to be extended as people generally like a drink upon returning after their sight seeing day.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Really lovely area to stay highly recommended this place close by to everything easy walkable very comfortable stay in one of the cottages

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and the place has a nice feel. Room was small but good value for money and within a few minutes walk of the centre of Victoria.

Confortable mais quelconque.
Pros:

Hôtel confortable. Équipements un peu vieillissant comme l’est la piscine.

Cons:

On voit que c’est un hôtel qui a vécu… avec un ancien grill- restaurant fermé aujourd’hui.
Les environs n’ont rien d’attirant. Les abords ne sont pas entretenus

- schönes historisches Gebäude (kein Fahrstuhl, kleines Zimmer - Koffer haben wir aus Platzgründen im Auto gelassen) in einem tollen, ruhigen Viertel
- kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Tür
- Kaffee/Tee am Morgen in der Lobby kostenfrei erhältlich
- Restaurant/Pub direkt vor Ort
- kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt und zur Fishermans wharf
- Pluspunkt: in den Vorgärten im Viertel standen überall Rehe :)
