Nette kamer
Bij aankomst bleek de kamer zonder ontbijt te zijn ( op de site stond een zelfs luxere kamer met ontbijt voor dezelfde prijs)
Ter plekke ontbijt bijgeboekt voor 44 euro, de volgende ochtend viel het ontbijt tegen, de warme gerechten waren koud ( geen warmhoud bak of lamp)
Ook werkte de airco en de afzuiging in de douche niet, gemeld bij de receptie maat werd niets mee gedaan.
Een flinke tegenvaller ten opzichte van een juist goede ervaring vorig jaar.
Location, modern and clean
Slippers weren’t in the room (apparently it was available from the desk). There was one duvet for double bed, it is fine for a single person but a little difficult with two people. It was cold in the room at night and when the air conditioner worked, it was noisy.
Personal zum Teil sehr freundlich, bei der Reklamation wegen der Jalousien aber total uninteressiert ohne jeden Lösungsversuch.
An 4 Tagen funktionierten die Jalousien nicht, an 2 davon saßen wir deswegen im Dunkeln.

Ein hervorragendes Establishment, sehr zu empfehlen. Alles hat super gepasst und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass selbst unser schwarzer Begleiter (Königspudel) hier willkommen ist.
Wir haben uns zeitlich deutlich verspätet zwecks Check-In ... telefonische Rücksprache ohne Probleme ... Check-In kurz vor Mitternacht ... kein Problem ... Frühstück wunderbar .... gerne wieder :-)
Parkplatzsuche war nicht einfach ... wir wählten dann das Parkhaus direkt neben dem Hotel ( verursacht Kosten ) ... aber auch unser Verschulden ... Check-In erst kurz vor Mitternacht ...
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Das Personal an der Rezeption haben wir als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt.
Schallschutz gibt es nur nach außen, nicht zwischen den einzelnen Zimmern. Es kann also je nach Nachbarn auch lauter werden.
