Wieder ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Mannheim
Pros:

Die Rezeption hat sehr professionell auf einen Steckdosenschaden im Zimmer reagiert und uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Die Lage ist nach wie vor top und außerdem sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig und im Sommer die Klimaanlage eine Wohltat. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist optimal. Das Zimmer war ruhig und klimatisiert.

Cons:

Offensichtlich werden Gäste mit Hunden zugelassen, und das in Zimmern mit Teppichboden; mir begegnete ein Paar mit drei großen Hunden im Fahrstuhl und eine weitere Frau mit Schäferhund in der Lounge. Das Frühstück fand ich mittelmäßig, angesichts eines Preises von 22 €.

Zakelijk kortverblijf ter voorbereiding van 2 meetings in de regio de dag erna.

Pros:

Personal war freundlich. Bett war sehr bequem. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war angemessen. Die Lage ist gut. Beim Frühstück wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Bar war einen Abend geschlossen. Der Grund wurde nicht thematisiert.
Ansonsten gab es nichts, was gestört hat.

Immer wieder gern
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Behinderten-Zimmer mit entsprechend geräumigem Bad. Habe noch nie so viel Platz beim Duschen gehabt. Die Klimaanlage hat unser Befinden positiv beeinflusst.

Cons:

Die Matratze bzw. der Topper war mir zu weich, aber das sind natürlich individuelle Präferenzen... Für 2 Übernachtungen kein Grund zur Beschwerde.

Pros:

Die direkte Lage am Bahnhof und trotzdem absolut ruhig. Unser 2 Bettzimmer war schön groß, die Betten (mit erbetenem Topper) sehr bequem. Ein ausreichendes Frühstücksbufett mit u.a. Vollkornbrot und leckeren Croissants war vorhanden.

“I absolutely loved staying here.”
Pros:

“The breakfast is excellent. The hotel lobby is spacious. The room is also large and very clean. Coffee and water are provided as well. The bathroom is spacious too. The best part is the location — it is extremely convenient because it is situated right next to the station.”

Zentrale Lage direkt beim Bahnhof, sehr sauber und Zimmer früh beziehbar.
Pros:

Toll war, dass das Zimmer schon kurz nach dem Mittag verfügbar war. Das Raumklima war angenehm und das Zimmer sauber. Super zentrale Lage direkt bei Bahnhofunterführung. Ideal, wenn man das Hotel für die Anreise und anschliessende Tagesausflüge mit der Bahn (z. B. nach Speyer oder Heidelberg) verwenden möchte.

Cons:

Ein richtiger Kühlschrank wäre eine tolle Überraschung gewesen. Es war an jenen Tagen sehr heiss und die Möglichkeit zur Kühlung von Getränken waren daher toll gewesen. Aber natürlich versprach die Zimmerbeschreibung keinen Kühlschrank, daher kein Mangel, sondern einfach eine Anregung für künftige Verbesserungen in der Ausstattung.
