Zum Wandern in der Pfalz in einem unterdurchschnittlichen Hotel.
Pros:

Wir sind sehr oft hier wegen der zentralen Lage am Bahnhof und den ruhigen Zimmern. Das Service Personal an der Rezeption ist je nach Besetzung gut.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel schon seit Monaten ein großes Problem mit dem Housekeeping. Die Betten werden nur teilweise gemacht, benutzte und verschmutze Gläser nicht ausgetauscht. Das gilt auch für die Tassen im Zimmer. Die leere Wasserflasche, die als Begrüßung kam stand auch mehrere Tage. Die Toiletten im Restaurant Bereich waren teilweise stark verschmutzt und werden anscheinend nur sehr unregelmäßig gereinigt. Das ist für mich kein 4 Sterne Niveau. Ich habe mich schon mehrmals über das Housekeeping beschwert aber es passiert hier nichts. Wir sind Wochenendgäste und nicht geschäftlich in Mannheim. .Vielleicht werden die Business Gäste unter der Woche besser behandelt. Dazu kann ich nichts sagen.

Pros:

Super Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück hat uns geschmeckt.

Cons:

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern unterwegs. Leider gab es kein Familienzimmer, sodass wir zwei Zimmer buchen mussten für jeweils ein Elternteil mit Kind.
