The rooms are clean and updated. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. They offer private beach access passes with your room.
The mattresses are tragically worn out. Both sides are sunken in and you can feel the springs. Very disappointing for how much you pay for the room.

The hotel is not inexpensive, but for a few nights it is definitely worth paying a little extra for the quality and experience offered.
The only downside is the lack of a proper breakfast. Complimentary coffee is available in the morning, and sandwiches can be purchased, but for a hotel of this standard we would have expected a more complete breakfast option.
Excellent and very helpful staff, which makes the place special - Cory and Angie were great!! they provided a lot of support for first timers at Incline Village. New and modern facility, great games at the Lounge - perfect hotel for a family - really recommend it. Pool is also nice for kids

Location and staff
Perfect location close to Incline Village. Rooms were large and nicely decorated. Loved the lounge and free drink with a great bartender. Best was Aida, Guest Services Manager who was so knowledgeable about the area and made our stay perfect. Our room had a small patio which was nice to sit out on and read.

Room is lovely, comfortable and very very clean. Nice immensities and property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gave us a really good recommendation for dinner. Would stay here again!

We stayed in an Aspen suite and it was fantastic, one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed had in this price range. From the front desk to housekeeping every employee was friendly and offered themselves should we need anything.
We would absolutely stay here again when in the area.
