Pros:

I liked the location restaurant and attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. I also enjoyed having a complimentary shuttle that took me to the beach.

Cons:

No microwaves in the hotel room.

Good location for the Convention center and very comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Hotel and staff were very good.

Cons:

Could of been more coffee available throughout the day / evening at reception as no coffee making facilities in the room and nothing close by to buy a coffee. Still waiting for an invoice.

Budget friendly but could improve on basic customer service
Pros:

Close enough to the beach and they even take you there on a small taxi every 20 minutes. Very well located for the price

Cons:

No breakfast options for a budget, NO FREE WATER IN THE ROOM, I mean, not even a single 600ml bottle. They offer 24/7 free water at the lobby but it is orange/pinaple/lemon infused, and you have to use the plastic glasses they have there.
Most of the staff was kind and helpful, but some of them have to work on their customer service skills

Nice pool and room

Cons:

The parking was not included. Left my phone charger in the room and they said I didn’t leave it. I called several times and it was difficult to get through.

Pros:

Nice staff (reception, restaurant, valet, pool barman, driver, everyone was great!), both room and common areas were clean and cozy.

Cons:

A bit over priced considering it is not close to landmarks nor the beach, the room was overlooking a construction site and you could hear drilling as early as 7 am, balconies are so close (and windows apparently poor) that we had bad smell coming in the room from neighbours smoking outside. Also expect zero flexibility for late check-out, we asked for an extra hour and a half and they would have charged us 150 $.
