Pros:

The easiest check in I have ever done. Christina was very helpful with restaurants and grocery stores near by. She has an amazing attitude & was very welcoming. She also made sure I felt included and made me a hand written note even though I wasn’t a Marriott member yet. Glad I signed up.

It was wonderful.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and smells wonderful. Very close to Fresh Market and Trader Joe’s. The only problem we had was our room did not get clean on our last day. Parking is expensive but worth the special service the valet gives you. He opens and closes your door for you.

Cons:

Nothing. Wish parking wasn’t so expensive.

Goede locatie, maar betere opties voor deze prijs in de buurt.

Cons:

Na het lezen van de vorige reviews waren de verwachtingen misschien iets te hoog, maar veruit geen 5 sterren gevoel. Geen aanwezigheid van personeel bij het zwembad, zwembad handdoeken waren op (worden niet spontaan aangevuld), receptie beantwoord vragen, maar koppelt niet terug .. de queen size bedden zijn erg klein, lijken kleiner dan in andere hotels.

Quiet rooms and Great staff Members
Pros:

Very Nice and Pleasant staff !! Ledy Provided a smooth Check in .Gabriel and Daniela made sure ,I had a Great experience my entire stay.

Hotel novo e muito bem localizado
Pros:

O Hotel está em uma localização excelente. Próximo a praia, lojas e restaurantes. De maneira geral instalações novas e confortáveis. O estacionamento tem custo elevado, mas é como todos os hotéis da região

Cons:

O quarto poderia oferecer cafeteira, chaleira para água quente e mais espaço no frigobar ( frigobar é cheio de produtos que o hotel vende - bem caro por sinal) . O café da manhã oferecido é através de cardápio e não um sistema de self-service, o que não nos agradou.

I love it here
Pros:

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous, roof top pool bar,food and fitness center . Daniela checked me and my son in she has great customer service, extremely informative about things to do in the area and hotel amenities. Might I add we arrived early and Daniela let us check in early so we didn’t have to sit in the lobby with our luggage for hours. I will be booking here again my next trip to Florida.

A great stay facillitated by Facundo
Pros:

I and from London and had a great stay at the Kimpton Hotel. The waiter at the restaurant Facundo provided great service and really took care of me! Also had great conversation about the World Cup which helped me settle. I would recommend the hotel and the restaurant to anyone who is visiting Miami and staying in South Beach.
