A beautiful hotel
Pros:

A lovely, clean hotel with fabulous staff. We had a problem with our door which was dealt with immediately, but also given keys for peace of mind.
Air conditioning and good shower made the intense temperature more bearable.
Room was a good size with lots of storage, although more coat hangers would be useful.
Breakfast was plentiful, many options and Luigi ensured all ran smoothly.
Pool area was always clean with loungers and deck chairs usually available.
Perfect location to explore Sorrento and surrounding areas. Close to lots of great restaurants, the port and train station.
If we returned to Sorrento, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with friendly personnel, but avoid triple room
Pros:

Very friendly personnel, nice pool. However, we cannot recommend the triple room. It is just a double room reconfigured with a third bed instead of the desk. So instead of extra space and furniture for the third person (e.g., a third chair) you have even less space, no desk, not enough room for your bags, no extra hangers for the additional towels. This should really be advertised as a double with extra side bed instead of a triple room (which in many other hotles has an appropriate size when sold as a triple).

Totally disappointed and this Hotel is overrated and should not exceed 2/3 star rating.
Pros:

The people at the reception are magnificent, very helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

This is a 4 star Hotel and the expectations are much higher. But the room is very small, lighting is poor and charging sockets are not available by the side of the bed. Only 1 in the middle thus showing that this was never meat to be a double bed room. I also would like to mention the gym - there is no particular room but it is in open space downstairs with everything scattered around and no a/c.

Brilliant! We loved staying in this gorgeous hotel in a fantastic spot in Sorrento.
Pros:

We loved the incredible view from our room's balcony, and the sensational breakfast in the hotel dining room. Loved the pool, and the hotel's proximity to Sorrento's main street of shops, restaurants and cafes. The staff were also amazing - so helpful and friendly.

All in all: the hotel is worth recommending, but you should be warned about the laundry service.
Pros:

Everything was great except for the laundry service. Aside from that incident and the one employee, everyone was very friendly.

Cons:

Laundry Service: One blouse went missing, another was ironed at too high a temperature and practically ruined. But what was even worse was the very unfriendly way they handled the situation and treated us as guests.

Fab location, great for gluten free
Pros:

We were so impressed with this hotel. We arrived very late to find that they had left a cold salad ready for us.
I need to eat gluten free and I cannot speak highly enough for the care given to me by Luigi and the team. I only had to tell them once and every morning they brought out gluten free bread, muesli and other gluten free items. Every evening meal we had, Luigi explained the menu and advised what could be tailored. We both felt it was like being in a restaurant for evening meal and thought the food was excellent.
We booked this hotel due to the location which was perfect - just a very short walk into the main busy area.
We used the pool quite a lot due to a heatwave during our visit and I really loved the seating area with bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and seating and did not need to have the madness of saving sunbeds. The jacuzzi on the rooftop is also wonderful giving super views across the bay.
We used the poolbar for drinks most days, and whilst not cheap the price was on par with most other bars.
Our room had a lovely spacious bathroom and the bed was really comfortable.
