The ONLY thing was the inside pool, however the roof was making so much noise, slamming up and down.
Rooms were moldy, bathroom was dirty. Someone took a poop on the pool deck and office was told, however nobody came to clean it up.
decent room, not to far from everything nice pool and outside area.
hot tub closed, didn’t tell us online, pretty bad internet
Nothing it was disgusting!
I was switched rooms twice (the first room was not supposed to be rented out)
BOTH rooms were damp and had a severe mold smell with the walls peeling off (not joking they were PEELING OFF!) everything was sticky and sadly enough it was non refundable! So my family including 2 small kids were stuck with the choice of turning around after driving 3 hours to get there and eating the cost or stay in this nasty room because the hotel was booked out.
We stayed one night and checked out early the next day because we just couldn’t take it anymore!
The front desk was terrible and when I addressed these concerns I was met with “yea we’ve got this a lot” like?!?
That it was within walking distance from the beach.
Indoor pool, the roof was loose, some part of the roof was missing and it looks dangerous when windy ,other than that very good hotel,I would recommend it. And I would book it again.
The first room we was assigned wasn't the one I requested. They got us moved to another room, room 106, which smelt of mildew and mold , the carpet and beds were damp there was mold all over the room. Wallpaper was peeling on every wall due to water and mold damage. The lamp shades the curtains were covered in mold. The ceiling was covered in mold and you can see where they tried to paint over it. The closet in the kitchen was caving in from water damage and covered in black mold. The stove and fridge looked like a complete fire hazard due to all the rust and weird bubbling spots. It was just disgusting. They moved us to another room which was in better shape but still had a smell the carpets were so dirty the my children's feet were black after walking on it literally black I have no idea the last time they shampooed them. We had to wear shoes inside the room. Some parts of the wallpaper were also peeling but I didn't see evidence of mold on that room thankfully. We literally almost left because that is just insane to let something so pretty go to such ruin due to laziness and lack of attention. Our experience could have been much better. I will say the night manager Charlie was amazing he tried to help as much as possible and took my worries seriously. I greatly appreciate his help. But I will definitely not recommend that place until it gets a total remodel because that is going to make someone sick or get someone killed due to being allergic to mold. The maids were nice and most of the staff were helpful. Who ever owns that place needs to either sell it to someone who wants to actually take care of it or he needs to stop being a POS owner and take care it the many many many problems it has.
Refer to paragraph one.
Excellent seevicesv
Everything
I love the outdoor amenities. (Two pools, hot tub and even a playground) The staff was mostly friendly, especially maintenance. The pools and hot tub were clean and uncrowded.
Rooms are outdated, balcony lock was stuck and rusted so that was stressful with small children. The room door had a lot of water damage and kept chipping off. Some of the vending machines did not work. Water takes a long time to get hot, water pressure is lacking. I suspect mold that has been painted over due to black spots in the bathroom and my allergies acting up.
Didn’t eat breakfast
The rooms need to be updated the hotel need to be updated . We only stayed bc we couldn’t find a room no where else bc it was a cheerleading competition in town . But other than that I would have never stayed there .
I liked that due to the fact that I had a lot of issues the first room I was given, they were able to accommodate me with another room for the same price. The second room wasn’t any better than the first room, but at least it was a tad more cleaner.
Rusted microwave, possibly a previous stairs, hair all over the sheets carpet as well as stuck on the bathroom panels and bath bathtub, rusted and dusty light fixtures, the volume on my television would not work so I had to watch TV in silence and one of my windows in the back by the kitchen areas looks as if the screen was intentionally knocked out.
Booked my stay. Upon arrival, the clerk was rude. After waiting a long period of time whilenthe clerk sat looking at a computer, I finally asked if they actually had a room. The clerk responded very sarcastically, "none that's clean". Note that it was 1 am, and we had just driven 18 hours. After leaving the office, the horrible smell of the room was so bad, it actually lingered on my clothing. Somewhat relieved there was no room available (that was clean!?) at that discusting place.
First the personnel there wasn't so friendly at all. The room was dirty, bathroom was clogged. In other words was a complete loss of money and time
Personnel, the facility, the pools. In other words was the worse hotel I ever stay
The view
The room the amenities. It was dirty run down and not worth 250 a night it aint even worth 150 a night. And mybkids found a scale with drugs on the scales. Someone pj's and half eaten food was in the fridge. The wall paper is falling off the walls the floors have carpet from the 90's and the balcony has alot of damage. Not a safe or good place to stay
Location, pool and beachfront
A little run down but still pleasant
We loved our room even though we questioned the location. But it was clean and pretty quiet.
The pool and spa was not very clean looking. One pool was super clean but was out of service due to something not working.
