Over all nice stay for the money comfortable suited my needs great customer service thru staff

The location was good close to different things enjoyed the indoor pool the most outdoor pool was nice nice courtyard room was big the best thing was the staff the black lady that ran the front desk was excellent! Fast check in very nice an friendly excellent customer service sorry I forgot her name if I came back it will be because of the customer service

Air conditioner in room didn't work well hotub out of order a lil run down but not bad like other hotels

We had a great family trip.
Pros:

Great location oceanfront. Cora made sure all 4 rooms were next to each other and cleaned our room herself (not her job) so we could get in early.

Cons:

Wi-fi didn’t work in our 4th floor rooms.

The wall paper was pealing off the wall, the bathroom wall by the window was literally falling off..It smelled like mildew and I was so sick from the smell I had to leave..I will never use your services again.

Nice budget stay at Daytona.
Pros:

Nicely refreshed pool deck and landscaping. Good central location with great beach access. The linens and mattresses were comfortable and the decor was nice.

Cons:

The tv choices were extremely limited; most channels were fuzzy and unwatchable. The tv reception is important since my husband goes on a beach vacation to watch tv in the hotel room. There is a coffeemaker but no supplies so we had to leave each morning in search of coffee.

Front desk was incredible and excellent customer service!

Cons:

Fights were going on all night around my room and didn't get to sleep. Police was called around 5am finally after female was punched.
