Not what I expected
Pros:

The only thing I liked was that it was close to DARLING HARBOUR and shops

Cons:

1/ staff not professional. One says one thing and the others have no idea
2/ breakfast was horrible. Fruit tasted off. No big variety
3/ rooms and foyer runned down, carpet dirty
4/ service you get in Melbourne is 10 times better than what you get in Sydney
5/ can you please hire people who are Australian citizens not back packers from overseas that do not understand Australian standards and customers service

Great hotel for city visits.
Pros:

I loved the convenient location. Close to Town Hall station, Bus services, China town, Darling Harbour and the shops. The swimming pool was clean, a comfortable temperature and a good length for laps. Loved the free Lindt balls at reception.

Cons:

On the first night there were no facecloths provided or makeup remover towelettes. They appeared with housekeeping on Day2.
Only 2 coffee pods are provided each day. 4 or 6 would be reasonable.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne plaza Darling Harbour. We were particularly impressed by Silvia at reception. She was fantastic, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. It felt like she was not just doing her job, but truly wanted guests to feel welcomed and looked after. Thank you, Silvia, and thank you to the Crowne Plaza team. We really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back.

Everything was great - staff was very kind and the environment was clean

Cons:

The check in time could be extended - we had to rearrange our schedule to ensure we checked in so we had access to the hotel later.

Pros:

Very good location, in walking distance to the harbour.
Hotel was very clean and tidy except when we visited the infinity pool on our last night where we found rubbish, towels ect not cleared away and also the pool was not heated (as we were told it should of been).
