An excellent and very comfortable stay, made even better by the thoughtful service and consideration shown to our needs.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge Suites Vero Beach. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

We particularly appreciated the consideration given to my condition when allocating our room. The room provided was very well located for my needs, which made getting around the hotel much easier and made a real difference to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. It was reassuring to see that our circumstances had been taken into account rather than simply allocating a room at random.

The room itself was comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and we were very pleased with the overall standard of the hotel. The thoughtful room allocation and attention shown to our needs were especially appreciated and contributed greatly to a very positive stay.

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. Everything was excellent, and we were very happy with the accommodation, facilities and service we received.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Great location. Staff and other guests were friendly. Breakfast cafe was great atmosphere! Nice view of outside deck and grill! Getrell and Jonathan were nice. Thank you! 10/10

Cons:

Everything was worth the price. Dogs was allowed but you couldn’t tell they were around because no smell or poop. I would recommend.

Misleading “casino hotel” listing + unwelcoming staff
Pros:

I booked this hotel through Priceline Express Deals because it was advertised as a casino hotel. I specifically wanted a casino hotel about an hour from where I was staying so I could have a fun night. When I arrived, it was not a casino hotel at all.
The front desk agent (Rose) was unhelpful from the start. I waited roughly five minutes at the desk with no acknowledgment or apology when she finally appeared. When I asked about the casino, she said they weren’t one and asked “who said that?” I told her Priceline listed them that way. I called Priceline and spent about 25 minutes on the phone while they tried to get the hotel to cancel the reservation. The hotel refused because I had already checked in.
While on hold I walked to the gas station next door and showed her a map search that still listed the property as a casino. At that point I’d only been in the building about 25 minutes total. I then asked to cancel the second night I had booked. She gave me a dirty look but agreed to cancel it. I felt very uncomfortable staying after that interaction, so I left. I preferred to waste the money rather than stay somewhere I was made to feel like a problem for simply asking why the listing didn’t match reality.
Both Google and Priceline still present this place as a casino hotel. That mismatch, combined with the dismissive treatment at the front desk, left a bad taste. If you have a choice, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Guests shouldn’t be treated like second-class citizens just for asking straightforward questions about the property.
