Better stay out in the city.
Pros:

Close to Firenze Centrale and 15 minutes to the Duomo

Cons:

Our room overlooked the street next to the tram that ran from 6:00am to 11:00pm.
The shower handle was broken.
Not so good breakfast juice and coffee machine.
Tiny bed and TV screen.

La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et propre ! Et le balcon avec la vue magnifique !!

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les jus de fruits ne sont pas bons du tout, que de l’eau et du sucre.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado tanto con la estación de tren como por su cercanía al centro.

Cons:

La última noche hubo un temporal en Florencia y toda la lluvia nos entró por una de las ventanas, una cantidad de agua bastante considerable que tuvimos que poner cubos y toallas. Cuando se le dijo esto a recepción su solución fue poner toallas nuevas y bajar la persiana, ya que nos dijeron que no había habitaciones grandes puesto que éramos una familia de cuatro con un bebé pequeño. No nos dieron ningún beneficio económico para compensar las molestias y la preocupación de pasar así la noche con el bebé. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien.

Pros:

Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora y pedimos que la habitación no estuviera pegada a las vías del tranvía y también lo aceptaron.
Además nos dieron una habitación superior sin cargo adicional.
Las camas muy cómodas

Cons:

El baño había pequeños detalles que mejorar como la cadena de la cisterna y la repisa del lavabo

Good value for money, happy with our stay. Never suggest resto that was very bad.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location is okay and room was appropriate for people with disability. Filipino Staff were excellent, one arranged us for Tuscan tour and it was great.

Cons:

Sending us to a very bad restaurant in the neighbourhood. We ended up paying 45Euro just for a bowl of soup that was very salty and a glass of beer.

Tudo no hotel foi maravilhoso! O café da manhã é excelente, a localização é ótima e a equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O hotel também oferece água gratuitamente aos hóspedes, um cuidado simples, mas que faz toda a diferença. O quarto estava muito confortável e tudo muito bem cuidado. Foi uma experiência excelente e eu recomendo muito este hotel. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.
