Pros:

El personal es sumamente amable y servicial. Las instalaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. El desayuno es muy completo y de buena calidad.Tuvimos habitación en quinto piso con balcón y la vista era increíble. Llegar en tren y tener el alojamiento enfrente a Santa Maria Novella es sumamente cómodo.

Cons:

Del hotel nada. Todo perfecto.
Unico defecto de la ubicación es que frente al hotel se junta mucha gente de noche que si bien no hemos tenido problemas no es agradable.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, sia vicino al centro, che alla stazione dei treni; a pochi minuti a piedi anche dall'ippodromo in caso di concerti. Personale molto disponibile. Letti comodi e stanza completa di tutto il necessario. Colazione compresa nel prezzo (anche se poco curata rispetto ad altri hotel, ma non mi sento per questo di metterla nelle "cose che non mi sono piaciute").

Pros:

The service was very good and the attention of the staff aswell. The breakfast was nice, simple and easy to grab. The zone is perfect very close to the train station to arrive walking so you don't battle with the luggage, and also there are some lines that leave you very close to the hotel. They saved our luggage so we could tour in the city after our check out 👌👌

Cons:

Nothing in particular, our stay was too short so I didn't found many details.

Hotel vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni (meno di 5 minuti a piedi). Prezzo nella media.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Colazione molto varia e con ottimi piatti.
Acqua fresca sempre a disposizione anche per riempire le borracce.
La camera era molto grande con un letto matrimoniale comodo e il servizio pulizia eccellente. Bagno un po' vecchio stile e leggermente piccolo ma nulla da ridire.

Cons:

L'unica forse grande pecca è l'insonorizzazione che manca completamente, pur troppo si sente tutto comprese le persone che parlano da altre camere.

Camera singola molto piccola, un po’ rumorosa per via del continuo passaggio dei tram, comunque dotata di doppi vetri. Televisore molto piccolo.

Posizione comodissima e buon livello di servizi
Pros:

Posizione davvero strategica, a due passi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Molto cortese e accogliente il responsabile della reception che ci ha accolto all'arrivo. Stanza con arredi un po' antiquati, ma pulita, fresca e abbastanza grande. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il distributore d'acqua gratuito a disposizione degli ospiti (in queste estati roventi è un vero gesto di accoglienza!) e l'isolamento termico della stanza (una volta rinfrescata la stanza abbiamo spento il condizionatore e non abbiamo più avuto bisogno di accenderlo). Colazione buona e con ampia scelta, wi-fi ben funzionante.

Cons:

Il problema principale è lo scarso isolamento acustico delle stanze: si sentono distintamente sia il tram nella via sottostante che le voci degli ospiti o del personale delle pulizie. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, si potrebbero migliorare la qualità della caffetteria e le opzioni dolci. Il prezzo era il migliore che abbiamo trovato per quelle date, ma comunque esageratamente alto: quando ci sono concerti la speculazione è incontrastata.

Alloggio per una notte post concerto
Pros:

Tutto sono stata ad alloggiare una notte per un concerto mi sono trovata da dio, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, organizzazione anche e pulizia della stanza eccellente. Perfetto soprattutto se ti servono i mezzi fermata tram sotto l'Hotel e pure parcheggio riservato che se alloggi nell'hotel ti fanno lo sconto. Se dovesse esserci di nuovo l'occasione prenoterò da loro.
