Would definetly consider staying here again, but would try and get a better rate.
Pros:

The room was spacious, king bed and a window. Breakfast, well that was phenomenal, loved the hot breakfast, very nice atmosphere. Enjoyed the hot tub. We were in Room 201 which is in the back, so it was very nice and quiet.

Although I didn’t make full use of the facilities, it was a comfortable stay that suited my needs.
Pros:

1. Close proximity to the airport.
2. Montana’s restaurant & sports bar in the hotel
3. Free parking
4. Reasonably quiet room
5. Friendly staff

Cons:

1. No free bottled water in room, or available at front desk. Hotel store that apparently supplied it at cost had limited store hours. Consequently I had to leave the resort to purchase it at a convenience store nearby.
2. More pillow selection for added comfort ( provide more selection rather than 1 type eg. Softer & thinner)
3. Although quite spectacular looking given the building design & location adjacent to Montana’s restaurant, the hot tub & pool area is like a fishbowl and provides little to no privacy for hotel guests.
Perhaps more suitable for young families with children.

Would stay again, amenities very good, well worth the very affordable prices you have
Pros:

Location. Restaurant in hotel, great breakfast. Appreciated they let us check in early because rooms were available. Appearance of hotel very appealing. Loved the water with the gold fish and that you could throw coins into water and make a wish, grandkids loved it. Front staff very friendly. Will stay again

Cons:

The pillows can use an upgrade, we were in a pet friendly room. Our dog spilled his water on floor used towel to clean it up and after we wiped it up the towel was brown so lead me to believe the floors don’t get moped a lot

Cons:

Lobby floor in the morning was very dirty, no one seemed to be in charge of making sure the mud was cleaned up.

Excellent place to stay before a flight out of Edmonton.
Pros:

The dedk staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean. The shuttle came right on time. The driver helped us on with our bags and helped get them off. Very pleasant gentleman.

Cons:

There is nothing we didn't like. Will be sure to stay there again. The bed was so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.

We were so impressed and the price was very reasonable!
Pros:

We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was available and arrived too late to enjoy the pool, but it looked so inviting. Definitely will stay there the next time I visit and will be sure to make time for the pool. The room was clean, inviting, and the bed was so comfortable. We had dinner at Montana's, one of our favourite restaurants so it was nice to have it within the facility. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This will be where we stay each time we visit AB/SK

The vending machine was broken and not fixed.

Nice place but pricey!
Pros:

Very clean, room was a nice size & bed was comfortable. Check in was very easy, as was check out. 2 choices of places to dine at right onsite.

Cons:

There was no communication about the facilities offered. No information about the pool hours- unless you went and read them on the door. The hot tub had no jets that worked. No information given on the ice machine locations etc. The carpet in our room was frayed and ripped, the toilet seat was crooked- yes a small inconvenience but when you’re paying close to $200 a night we expected a bit more.

Cons:

Very dark rooms. No natural light. Stained saggy ceiling tiles. Small bathroom. Poor lighting. Very poor air conditioning with extremely loud fan that cut in and out when set to run continuously and then with long periods where it stopped working and the room got hot super hot. We barely slept.
