Important information:

From Incheon International Airport, guests can take the limousine bus 6103 to Samseong Station. The journey takes 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Please note that children under 5 cannot use the swimming pool. Older children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian when using the pool.

Please note that children under 18 cannot use the fitness centre.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle per reservation.

Depending on room conditions, early check-in and late check-out may not be available, and charges may vary depending on the date and extension time.

Please note that this property can accommodate dogs and cats, but will not accommodate other types of pets.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oakwood because of the excellent customer service, and room amenities. When we had some issue
Pros:

Service, Derrick the manager, size of most of the units, comfortable beds, strong water pressure, amenities provided for dishwashing and laundry, bottled water provided, Chinese Restaurant on 3rd floor.

Cons:

Carpet in bad shape with stains. And the carpet never seemed to be vacuumed well. Also the bathroom faucets, shower faucets never seemed that clean (you need to use a stronger cleaner to get out the hard water buildup, and make them shine). There was always something on the carpet (crumbs, lint). Refillable shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap and lotion often only filled half or less than half and not cleaned (leaves a bad impression when a guest first arrives as it feels like they were left behind by the previous guest), mildew residue in shower, worn furniture, inconsistency with room condition (some had pillows on the couch and chair, some do not), balcony rooms all are dark because of the very heavy blinds covering them and cannot be lifted.

Great place to stay and will be my hotel the next time I visit Seoul.
Pros:

All the staff were very professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Just their friendly service alone makes me want to come back

Cons:

I wish the pool is a little bigger with more swim lanes, but that doesn't stop me from staying here again

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, pobyt był bardzo udany.
Pros:

Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, bliskość centrum handlowego ułatwiało funkcjonowanie, jedzenie, zakupy, wszystko w zasięgu ręki.
Apartament przestronny i z dobrym wyposażeniem, wygodne łóżka, przytulna kołdra, pralko suszarka, tv w każdej sypialni.

A bit dated complicated stay
Pros:

Location above Coex mall, steam facility in main bath room , health club facility

Cons:

They turned off the AC during night , the toilet exhaust fan was replaced during our stay , the property is dated , only certain lifts go to certain floors , need to go to annexe building to access spa facility which is allways busy with outside guests . If Coex mall access is important there are many hotels here like the Westin / park Hyatt / intercontinental parnas , shilla stay
