Perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our short trip to the Pigeon Forge area!
Pros:

Everything! Had all that we needed, comfy beds, clean, all the staff was nice. The balconies with rocking chairs topped it off.😁 with the river, trees and ducks, it made it seem more secluded while being close to all the stuff.

THE BEST
Pros:

The room is always clean and well kept.
The best view for sitting out catching up or resting.
We stayed here for the first time Nov 2020 and this was the first time since there was a room again for our trip. I brought first time stays that are ready to stay again

Pros:

Excellent staff one block off the highway located on the creek excellent breakfast

Cons:

Stayed their multiple times some of the curtains need to be changed out a couple of the rooms and mattresses could’ve been a little more comfortable,

I asked about the reservation I made with King Size Bed, they said to contact booking.com

No King size bed, bathroom really small, toilet rocks and is very small height and leakes when flushed

Everything was really good! I would stay again!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly! Breakfast was really good! Pool was nice and clean and warm! Beds were comfortable! Loved the balcony and river view. Everyone was quiet through the day & night

Cons:

Parking is kinda hard if you get to hotel too late. And office with breakfast is across the street with the pool just a little awkward is all

Very relaxing clean and comfortable
Pros:

The balcony was wonderful watching and feeding the ducks very relaxing

Cons:

One negative but wasn’t to big of a deal the pillows was bit hard but otherwise very comfortable

Very good stay, very comfortable.
Pros:

The river running behind our building, the geese and groundhogs that visited every day, the two king sized beds, the air conditioner worked great, the bathroom had a vent, the rooms were well lit and water pressure was great. Free breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Our building was a short drive to the main office so a very short drive for breakfast. Could have walked in 6-8 minutes.
