Large clean rooms, but hard to get to.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was large enough that 3 people didn't get in each other's way and the rocking chairs on the balcony were a bonus.

Cons:

The location was hard to find if you hadn't stayed there before. It looks like you're going into a residential neighborhood instead of a site for a hotel. Signage on the road was non existant. Getting breakfast required a drive to another building.

I probably would not stay here again.
Pros:

Close to attractions

Cons:

You could feel the springs in the bed. Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was not good and not many choices.

Pros:

We liked that the pool was open until 11 and that the room had a balcony for me to sit on and read at night. I liked how the beds in our room were separated by a wall so that my kids watching TV on one side of the room didn't keep me up on the other side, I didn't have the light from their tv shining in my face. I liked that there were two tvs. It had good ac and kept the room cold like I like.

Cons:

The racetrack being right there at the pool wasn't very relaxing when we were laying out by the pool, it was loud. The room didn't have a table or really anywhere to sit down and eat food at, besides on the bed. The pictures on the listing make the rooms look cuter than what they really are, which wasn't a big deal for us since we spent most of our time at Dollywood. Just kinda seems like false advertisement.

Cons:

The last day the middle elevator wouldn’t work. Unsure why.

Pros:

We loved the balcony that over looks the creek! Rooms are older, but comfortable. It had everything we needed, coffee maker, blow dryer, microwave, little fridge. We loved it so much we are going back in a week and staying 2 more nights.
