The view of the river from the balcony
The air conditioning unit didn’t work properly. When we got to our room, it was a bit warm and the temp was set at 68 degrees.

La chica que nos atendió cuando llegamos un poco seca para tratar a los clientes y una sugerencia solamente colocar un ventilador del lado donde no da el A/C hace mucho calor de ese lado de la cama. El otro lado de la cama donde estaba el aire está bien.
The view. The location.
AC is where 1 bed is, cold, bathroom was a divider, other bed side, warm. On ceiling you could see the outline of every 4×8 drywall. Not a fan of carpet in hotels. Guest were feeding wildlife, geese and ducks. Should explain to guests that if you feed them they become dependent on guests and that human food is not what the wildlife need.
I liked the view of the creek from my room. It’s really a very convenient and ideal location as well. The value for what you are getting compared to what others are paying further up the hill, is reasonable as well.
It was grungy and outdated. The room smelled of old smoke from years ago. It was also loud. The garage underneath made it louder.
The creek was just awesome. The way the room was set up with the bathroom in the middle. Great idea. Food for the geese and duck, was just the best. I will be back

It was so close to everything and in a same time it was very relaxing. We loved the room size, clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was great!

Greatest "power shower" ever!
The rooms were clean and the river view was great.
The front desk staff was very friendly. The kitchen staff on the other hand was not the happiest. Didn't like the run down hotel across the street. Besides that rooms were clean. Nice view.. roomservice could cleaned are room and made the bed besides just stocking towels and tp.
The only nice things are the look of the outside of the building and the river.
The breakfast room and pool are across the street from tower 1 (tower 2 is across the river and even farther away). The pool is in a parking lot and on one side is a noisy go kart track. There is little to no soundproofing so we heard the people above us and our room was across from the stairs and elevator so lots of noisy people walking around the door/window. This was in addition to the go-kart place which is open until 11pm. Guests are permitted to smoke on their balconies and by the pool making it impossible to enjoy those spaces. Friday night, the smoke alarms went off at 1am for 45 minutes. Then again at 2:30 am. Nothing was on fire and there was no acknowledgement or apologies for being kept up. Then on Saturday morning, loud banging started at 5:45am (maybe dumpsters being emptied?). So we got no sleep. The breakfast was inedible. Watery eggs and sour waffle batter that stuck to the one machine that worked. Vending machines were mostly empty and much of the rest was expired. Some of the staff were very friendly and others seemed put upon to do their jobs.

Price was great and the room was very clean and smelled great! Beds were comfortable
Fridge was turned off didn’t realize it until the next day when we went to get something out of it. Parking was OK once we figured out the extra space, staff didn’t make us aware of the added space.
