Cons:

Poor breakfast, every day same breakfast like bread, croissants.. no egg or any protein items
And also no any compliment water in the room.. it’s chargeable one small bottle $5

Pros:

The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful.
Pretty and Veronica went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They arranged luggage storage and car parking to allow us to sight see without worries about security.
These two staff are an invaluable asset to Quality Suites .NYC.

Cons:

The hotel is old now and needs renovating.
Breakfast is only a continental breakfast and would benefit from a full breakfast.

Pros:

Overall experience at the hotel was nice, it was value for money. Room was neat, clean and staff was also friendly.

Cons:

Only catch is the location, could not reach there easily by public transportation. We had to depend on Uber.

Pros:

The staff were really good.

Cons:

Bed we’re making noise when you lay down on it, the jacuzzi was nasty the bedsheet had stains on it, the crib didn’t had the bedsheet we used blankets for the baby.
