We enjoyed our stay. We prefer the other Hampton on the east side in comparison to the updates. And the outdoor pool fo
Pros:

How friendly everybody was

Cons:

I felt the property inside was very outdated. It was clean and comfortable, which is priority, but it might be time to update. Especially at the prices.

Great Staff. I really enjoyed the Cotton Candy Machine in the lobby on Tuesday evening. I went back for seconds!

The room smelled a little musty when we arrived. The elevator made some scary noises. Other guests were inconsiderate.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

Everything was clean and staff were great. Arrived when the systems were down but the staff worked to get me in my room and were very polite and accommodating during a stressful time

Cons:

Only complaint I have was that the trash cans were too small and room service didn’t come often enough to empty them out and replace them when I was there for 2 nights
