It was okay. I should not have paid for what I got.
Pros:

Location was central, near the mall.

Cons:

Food and service weren't included and cost 30% more than average local prices. Room was next to staircase so doors slammed frequently. TV didnt work and had to call staff. Whirlpool was out of order. Door to shower was stuck. Property is also covered with spotted lantern flies which are a very dangerous invasive bug.

Pros:

With the amount of rates they charge, I would expect them to at least accommodate their guests with complimentary breakfast. I was charged over $425 for just two nights, yet there was no complimentary breakfast or exceptional customer service provided. For the price, I expected a much better overall experience.

Great stay! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Jasmine made it easy to book and helped from the beginning to the end with booking rooms and the after party for our wedding. Staff was great. Will highly recommend to others.

Exceptional Wedding Weekend
Pros:

We recently had a hotel block for our guest at the Courtyard by Marriott Middletown. Although we didn’t stay overnight, our guests raved about the hotel and amenities provided. The staff at the front desk where accommodating with our welcome bags and provided our guests with additional information regarding transportation to/from our venue. The rooms were updated and clean. We would highly recommend working with the team at the hotel for any future visits or for large groups.

It served its purpose well, we had a place to sleep close to where we were headed to.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, professional and prompt to respond to any concerns. The D-lux diner in walking distance was a convenient (and very decent tasting) option for dinner and breakfast. Parking was easy, location convenient to Legoland (about 10 min away). Price was ok for what it is.

Cons:

Not sure how 4 people (2 adults, a teenager and a 9 year old) were supposed to sleep in a room with a King bed and a twin sized pullout couch. Definitely have to ask (and fit) an extra rollaway bed. There were also crumbs in the pullout couch and stains on the mattress cover. Also, there was a very strong smell of either a cleaner they use or almost like a very strong fragrant laundry detergent smell in the room that gave my younger child a headache (it was gone once we left the room to go get dinner, then returned once we were in the room again for a few minutes).

Might not ever go there again . The way it was handled was ridiculous.
Pros:

It was a good location

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that when I checked in I was given a room . I stepped out for a little to come back and find out my room was given to someone else. Also to make matters worse they left my stuff in that room . Wanted to speak to a manager and no one could appoint me to one. The fact that they think this was okay was not okay. The amount of money just for the room for one night to deal with that was not worth it.
