It was ok
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The bed needed a new mattress. It was sunk in the middle and had no support. Bathroom was poorly designed.

Pros:

Staff is always awesome! This is my preferred place to stay when i come to town. Tried to book a couple more future dates but prices have gone up too much. So bummed.

I don't like the looks of future pricing.

Pros:

This property is in an EXCELLNT location. Breakfast was delicious, room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, and staff were gracious.

It was a good place for a weary traveler to get some rest.
Pros:

My number one priority is cleanliness and my room was very nice. When I opened the door it smelled fresh. The bed was comfy, there was a small coffee service in the room. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Fairly quiet at night, maybe a little traffic noise, but, after all, it is in town...although not downtown and that is a big plus! (Traffic in Bend is terrible.)

Cons:

A bit dark in the room but plenty of lamps. TV was not great but ok. Breakfast was adequate.

Pros:

The hotel is a great value. A little dated in areas, but overall very good. Bed was comforatble, room excellent. Breakfast had a good variety 😋 .

Cons:

The second night there girls making all kinds of noise for several hours starting around 1. By 2:30 we had enough. Call the front desk. She said she had not heard anything. After awhile the noises stopped and the door slamming started. No sleep the entire night. The next morning when we came out to go to breakfast, they had drug furniture out of the rooms into the hall. I guess I feel the hotel should have done more. Thus the rating

Would stay here again
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room and faculties were very clean and comfortable. One of the better morning breakfast options provided by a motel. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in Bend.

The hotel met our expectations for this trip.
Pros:

The property is close to family that we visit. The breakfast is pretty good. Appreciate the coffee, cookies and juice bar being open all the time.

Cons:

This is obviously an older property that could use some updating. The room is fair size, and would be nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in, And the TV's need to be upgraded.
