Pros:

O quarto japonês era amplo, porém com uma sacada mal aproveitada. Nenhum tipo de decoração (como jardim), que faziam falta em fazer um ambiente mais tradicional. Já tive experiências no Japão, esse quarto japonês deixou a desejar, tendo um preço elevado. Spa era pequeno, amenidades reduzidas. Os snacks para pedir no quarto eram realmente muito ruins, não deveriam comercializar esses produtos. Staff sempre muito gentil!

Great hotel, convenient location.
Pros:

The location was fabulous - very close to lots of interesting places. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent english. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. Great water pressure and amenities. We loved the outdoor spa (we weren't sure we'd use it but it was lovely after a long day of walking).

Cons:

We were there for almost two weeks and the only issue we had were the beds and pillows that were too hard for my husbands's and my bad backs. We each ended up buying a pillow to use. Otherwise all was excellent.

Comfortable and beautiful rooms, kind staff, exceptional breakfast
Pros:

Room was beautiful, staff was extremely accommodating and kind, breakfast was absolutely exceptional and delicious

Cons:

My only complaint is that every part of the room only has narrow overhead lighting- nearly impossible to apply makeup, and you pretty much always look like you’re being interrogated/telling a spooky story. A few table lamps or sconces are all they would need to solve that issue, but it was the only unpleasant part of our stay. If you’re an Instagram girly it’s probably not the place for you, which is a shame because it’s a gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing room.
