Great location
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, with easy access to both the city centre and the train station. There is also access to a great gym, which was a nice bonus, although it requires an additional fee.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room was not working, and there was no option to open a window for ventilation. As a result, the room became uncomfortably warm, which significantly affected my stay. For this reason, I decided to shorten my stay. That said, the staff were very accommodating and understanding when I raised the issue, and they handled the situation professionally.

gutes reichhaltiges Buffet.

Kaffeemaschinen bei starkem Ansturm etwas langsam und zu wenige Geräte im Frühstückraum

Cons:

Wie schon erwähnt, eine Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücks-Raum mehr, wäre bei starkem Ansturm nicht falsch.

Great place to explore the city in the best conditions
Pros:

It's the right hotel for you if you want super comfort, an amazing breakfast, walking distance from the old town and the museums, also being close to the public transportation if needed. I would definitely recommend it and would go back anytime.

Cons:

The checkin informations were confusing about whether I could use the spa and where to find it. Also no info about the hotel location + the public transportation. Giving the city map on arrival + 2-3 minutes presentation about where the hotel is on the map would be a nice customer experience improvement.

Teure "Unterhaltsunterbringung" ohne besondere Rücksicht auf eine große Familie
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal vorallem in der Bar war aufmerksam, Checkin war einfach und schnell.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war kostenpflichtig und erst ab 18 - für eine 6 kölpige Familie enttäuschend zumal das in Booking nicht gut ersichtlich war.
Die Aufzüge, ohne alternative Treppen waren zeitraubend.
Parkgebühren waren sehr teuer.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig.
Bar und Bistro waren sehr gut.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig.

Cons:

Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war sehr alt und sollte unbedingt mal wieder sehr gründlich gereinigt werden.
Der Minikühlschrank ist total vereist und die Kühlleistung nicht mehr so gut.

The room was comfortable; however, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making it quite hot.

The breakfast was excellent.

The location is perfectly fine.

Cons:

The parking was very expensive at €36.00 for the period from 5:00 PM at check-in until 12:00 PM the following day.
