L’emplacement, prêt de la gare et des sites touristiques.

Cons:

La salle de bain, tout en vitre opaque, très peu d’intimité. L’eau qui passe du chaud au froid sans rien dérégler.

위치는 루체른역에서 아주 가깝고 객실도 깔끔했어요.

Cons:

더운날씨에 에어컨과 냉장고가 없어서 아주 불편했어요.

Far too expensive for the amenties provided in the room
Pros:

The location was excellent, the room was very nice and spacious and very nice appointed bathroom, but at 40 deg without air conditioning under the roof and with full afternoon sun it was unbearable. A portable fan was given, but at 40 deg a room under the roof should not be appointend to hotel guests. There was also no bar fridge in the room.

Cons:

The room should not be rented to hotel guests at ambient temperature of 40 deg. when there is no Air conditioning.
the water in the shower changed from boiling hot to stone cold within 30 to 60 sec without changing the tap mixer adjustment

My favourite hotel in Luzern
Pros:

Still my favourite hotel in Luzern. Stayed many times over the years. Close to station but no noise from trains. Short walk to lake and Chapel Bridge. Very comfortable bed. Lovely staff. What's not to like?

No negatives.

Gut, aber es hat potential nach oben
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage top. Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, bei der tropischen Hitze. Das Fenster konnte man nicht offen lassen wegen Bauarbeiten im Innenhof. Die Bar war ab 22.00h schon reduziert, wir wollten nach dem Nachtessen noch einen Drink an der Bar nehmen. leider gab es nur mehr Wasser und Bier..

Cons:

Die Hitze im Zimmer war enorm. Als wir ankamen war das Fenster gekippt. So kam die ganze Hitze ins Zimmer, welche wir bis zur Abreise nicht mehr raus brachten.

Excellent location. Walkable to everything.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs were amazing. Hotel clean. Room was a nice size. In a great location. Staff were friendly. Would stay there again.

Tolles Hotel - leider ohne Klimaanlage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Reception kompetent und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet grosszügig und lecker.

Cons:

Die Wassertemperatur der Dusche schwankt extrem, was das Duscherlebnis ziemlich trübt.
Via Booking erhalte ich viel Spam ausschliesslich zu diesem Hotel, so habe ich auch das online Check-in erst als Spam interpretiert.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de tren de Lucerna, de los supermercados Coop y Migros, y a pocos pasos de restaurantes y del famoso Puente de la Capilla. Además, el hotel incluye un pase de transporte gratuito. El personal fue muy educado y amable, permitiéndonos realizar un registro de entrada y salida rápido y sencillo. Cuentan con recepción 24 horas, servicio de custodia de equipaje y nos permitieron hacer el check-in anticipado porque la habitación ya estaba disponible. Como detalle extra, la habitación cuenta con una cafetera de cápsulas.
