Emplacement et parking.

Cons:

Personne ne parle français, chambre sans clim 25°, douche petite, pas de rangements même mini, nous sommes restés 2 jours sans ménage de la chambre.
Comme partout en suisse prix élevé surtout pour un 3 étoiles.

Ubicación, limpieza y la amplitud de las habitaciones

Cons:

El agua fría y caliente no funcionaba bien, el desayuno era algo escaso para toda la gente que había en el hotel lo que producía overbooking y nos hicieron un simulacro de incendio a las 6:30 de la mañana que no me hizo nada de gracia porque viajábamos con niños pequeños y tuvimos que despertarlos y bajar corriendo a toda prisa y luego no se durmieron. Es decir, ese día nos dieron la mañana, muy desafortunado

Great location, friendly staff and clean facilities.
Pros:

Excellent location (just a couple of minutes walk to the train station, chapel bridge and boats departing to Mt Rigi). Very clean, lovely staff. Allowed us to store our bags whilst we explored the city.

Cons:

The water in the shower fluctuated a lot from really hot to cold. Quite expensive but seems on par with other hotels in the city.

Excellent location near railway station, river and old town.

Cons:

Expensive but that applies to all of Lucerne. We had a premium room the previous night and that was very hot although the hotel provided pedestal fans. The suite had a ducted air system that was more effective at cooling the space.

Magnifica estancia.
Pros:

Locacion ideal, centrica, justo al lado de la estacion de tren. Bonito hotel, antiguo pero bien renovado. Buena atencion por parte del staff.

Cons:

Muchisimo calor. Pedimos un ventilador y nos lo pusieron pero no era suficiente.

最高の立地
Pros:

駅から徒歩2分。本当に便利。駅以外にも、船乗り場も、カペル橋もすぐで、移動にも観光にも最高の立地。
シングルの部屋も十分にスペースがあり、リラックスできた。スーツケース置き場があったのもありがたい。
シンプルながらも、色使いが綺麗な内装。
