Pros:

I was walking with crutches during my visit. The staff was very helpful and helped me whenever they could, which I really appreciated. It's located very close to the train station, another plus, and the breakfast fulfilled my expectations.

If I come to luzern again , I’ ll stay here.

The room is wide . Everything is fine.

The location was perfect - short walk to covered bridge and very close to train station for arrival and departure.

Cons:

We did not realize the hotel did not have A/C, but it was comfortable in June with window open and they did have a nice oscillating fan that was great!

Conveniently located near Lucerne Station, this hotel offers clean, quiet rooms and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent, just next to Lucerne Station. The flat path to the hotel makes it very convenient for travellers with heavy luggage. McDonald's is right beside the hotel, and there are also Coop and Migros supermarkets nearby.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. Guests also receive the Lucerne Visitor Card, which is valid from the arrival date until 5:00 a.m. on the day after departure.

The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The hotel has central air conditioning, and a portable fan is provided in the room. The bathroom appears to have been recently renovated and includes a separate shower cubicle.

I especially liked the electric blackout shades, which effectively block sunlight in the late evening and early morning. There are plenty of charging points available throughout the room.

Other facilities include a soft bed, hairdryer, mirror, TV, safe, umbrella, desk and chair, towels, a strong shower, a hanging rack, and a coffee machine. A kettle is available upon request.

Cons:

The shower cubicle is quite small, approximately 1 m × 1 m. Be careful not to bump into the walls while showering. The water temperature also fluctuates slightly. There is no refrigerator in the room.
