Hôtel très belle
Pros:

L’hôtel était très propre, le premier un jeune homme (receptionist)m’avait ignoré ,et fait passé quelqu’un devant moi comme si il m’avait pas vue, je me suis senti insulté ou pas assez bien pour l’hôtel et pourtant j’avais mon bébé dans les bras , du coup je suis allé voir une autre receptionist qui elle était très accueillant elle nous a tout expliqué elle était excellente ❤️le buffet excellent 👌

Cons:

Je trouve qu’il manque le magic de Disney,il y avait même pas d’image photo rein pas trop fun pour enfants

Pros:

Hotel style, proximity to Disneyland and free shuttle. We didnt have time to explore all attractions like pool, but for a one night stay it was good.

Cons:

Breakfast is rather basic but suffices.
The deposit of EUR 150 seems a bit excessive for a basic room.
It is not fully this partucular hotel's issue, but the first shuttle that collects guests from this and neigboring hotels departs after 8:30am so if anyone has a Magic Pass will need to take a cab to get to Disneyland on time.

Pros:

La chambre est agréable et la climatisation présente dans la chambre et l'enceinte de l'établissement est un bonheur en temps de canicule.
Le décor est féérique.

Cons:

Aucun contrôle sur le respect de l'hygiène dans l'enceinte de la piscine. Les gens se baignent en chaussettes, caleçon et t-shirt.
Chambre moyennement propre, la chambre est nettoyée mais la moquette mériterait un réel nettoyage en profondeur.

We had a great stay and ate at the hotel both nights clean comfortable and brilliant location.
Pros:

Location was perfect for Disney free shuttle bus every 10 mins and really helpful staff kids loved the boucy castles they had there also outside .

Cons:

The information says that the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, but between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. there was no shuttle for more than an hour, and outside it was 40 degrees.

The hotel also clearly needs renovation soon, as the actual condition is very different from the photos, and the hotel shop is even more expensive than the stores inside Disneyland because they know you have nowhere nearby to buy basic necessities.

The breakfast is very poor. The rooms are neat and clean, but there are many insects.

Pros:

De locatie an sich, de kamer, de bedden waren heerlijk en bijna geen geluidsoverlast dus heerlijk geslapen (aso’s die om 23.30 uur schreeuwen op de gang kan altijd gebeuren)

Super vriendelijke dame bij de receptie!

Ontbijt is prima, passend bij de prijs.

De suikerspin machine is cool, maar uiteraard erg duur.

Cons:

De shuttlebussen rijden erg onregelmatig, als je naar het hotel terug wilt wil niemand nog 20-25 minuten wachten om als sardientjes in een bus te staan die vervolgens eerst langs een ander hotel rijdt. Bij vertrek met de shuttlebus rijd je ook 3 of 4 hotels af voor je naar Disney gaat.

Het zwembad was vies, het water stonk naar slootwater (geen druppel chloor te zien of ruiken). Veel te veel mensen, helaas de plaatjes laten dit veel mooier lijken dan de werkelijkheid.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la literie, très confortable, ainsi que l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Le parking mis à disposition est un vrai plus. La navette pour rejoindre les parcs est également très pratique. En revanche, à certains créneaux horaires, elle est très fréquentée et il peut être difficile, voire impossible, de monter dans le bus. Il faut parfois prévoir un peu d'attente.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est correct et les produits sont bons et variés mais l'ambiance fait davantage penser à une cantine qu'à un moment de détente. La salle est très bruyante ce qui rend l'expérience moins agréable.

Cons:

Que me retuvieron 150€ a parte de los 25€ de tasas, que esas son claras por normativa, pero no me han devuelto 105€ y no entiendo la razón? No hicimos ningún desperfecto!!

Déçu, comparé aux autres fois
Pros:

Je prends régulièrement cet hôtel quand je fais des jours assez long, et j’ai toujours bien aimé la chambre le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Mets le point négatif de ce ces jour-là, c’est que nous avons voulu à la bille. La piscine était verte, il y avait des choses marrons dans la piscine, il y a une odeur assez agréable dans notre chambre des poils ou des cheveux au sol et sur la baignoire.
