Pros:

Posizione comoda per chi ha auto ( no ztl e parcheggio a 100 metri a 15 euro giorno) comunque vicino al centro . Personale cortese e professionale.

Cons:

Colazione buona ma migliorabile.
Camera piano terra grande e pulita , aria condizionata bene , ma un po rumorosa e comunque sulla strada .

Una soluzione comoda, vicina al centro, fuori dalla ressa dei turisti
Pros:

la struttura è in un'ottima posizione, lontano dalla parte più turistica e sovraffollata ma a pochi passi dai monumenti più importanti. Nel mio caso era funzionale anche a spostamenti di lavoro. Personale cortese.

Cons:

Pulizia e condizioni generali della camera avrebbero potuto essere un po' più curate, visto il costo non trascurabile del pernottamento. La situazione era accettabile, ma non adeguata al contesto e alle stelle.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen.
Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und stets sehr bemüht. Besonders der Garten am Abend lädt zum Verweilen ein, und die Cocktails waren einfach super lecker.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir zunächst ein Doppelzimmer, das offensichtlich noch nicht gereinigt worden war. Der junge Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war darüber selbst sehr überrascht und organisierte sofort ein neues Zimmer, das hat er wirklich freundlich und professionell gelöst.

Weniger angenehm war der starke Geruch aus dem Badezimmer. Aus dem Bodenabfluss kam morgens ein so intensiver Gestank, dass man sich kaum länger als zwei Minuten im Bad aufhalten konnte.

Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über keinen eigenen Parkplatz, sondern lediglich über eine öffentliche Parkgaragez in der Nähe. Das sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung deutlicher kommuniziert werden.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns enttäuscht. Es wirkte wenig einladend, Käse und Schinken lagen gemeinsam in einem Behälter, und als warme bzw. herzhafte Auswahl gab es lediglich Butter und eine verbrannte Eierspeise. Positiv hervorzuheben ist allerdings der frisch gepresste Orangensaft.

Insgesamt gibt es leider einige Punkte, bei denen das Hotel deutlich nachbessern sollte.

Pros:

Velmi milí a ochotný personál, nápomocný a vstřícný. Vyšli nám vstříc ohledně zavazedel a příjezdu. Poloha hotelu je skvělá pro pěší objevování města.

Cons:

Čistota v pokoji a v koupelně nebyla úplně dostatečná. Pokoj měl starší vybavení - což samo o sobě nevadí, ale bylo zašlé, často se skrvnami apod.

Super service fra personalet. Fin morgenmad. God seng og værelse.

Lidt støj ind imellem fra gangen i det standard værelse vi havde (85) - formoder der var et teknik rum ved siden af.
Kunne ikke åbne vindues skodder ud til gade - håndtag manglede.

Cons:

Fotoğraflara tesise, odalara bakınca heyecanlandıran, özel bir otel gibi hissettiren bu işletme tam anlamıyla bir facia idi. Bina 200 yaşında çalışanlar asla güler yüzlü değiller, odalar eski kirli, klimalar eski sistem doğru düzgün çalışmıyor. Herkes kahvaltısını övmüş ben bu insanları anlamıyorum, haşlanmış yumurtanın neyini övebiliyorlar, 2 tane çörek var çay var falan sanki bana antalya belek. Sonuca gelecek olursak kandırmaca, dürüst olmayan bir tesis olduğu için 0 olsa sıfır veririm. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Otoparkıda yok bu arada 7-8dk arabayla uzakta otoparka bırakmanız gerekiyor.

Bien, un peu excentré et petit déjeuné à revoir
Pros:

Le staff est très gentil, l'hotel est bien tenu et la chambre était confortable. Nous y étions justement pour être en dehors du centre ce qui facilitait nos trajets en voiture, donc sur ce point l'hotel est bien situé. Le quartier est calme et il est possible de prendre un tram pour rejoindre la gare et le centre très facilement. Il n'y avait pas de parking intégré à l'établissement mais un parking publique à quelques pas de là.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuné n'était pas très bon, surtout le café qui n'était pas à notre goût. Il y a des petits cafés à quelques pas donc nous avons finalement opté pour une option externe. Pour la climatisation, il n'y a pas de réglage dans la chambre mais un système centralisé ce qui implique de devoir appeler la réception pour changer les paramètres.. ça fonctionne bien mais ce n'est pas la manière la plus commode.

3泊したけど、快適でストレスフリー。
Pros:

観光ではないEU大学に仕事で行ったり友人がこの界隈に住んでて、便利な場所。朝食も良かった。スタッフの感じが良くて美味しいレストランを教えて貰った。

廊下やエレベーターがちょと古い感じ。
