Very Nice stay, would come back again. Good location for places to eat.

Cons:

We had issues with the A/C in one of our rooms but the late night crew made three visits did some electrical and got it running. They even offered to relocate us to another hotel but they fixed it. Great service.

Nice hotel!
Pros:

We stayed for 1 night and it was very pleasant for the price. The room and the bathroom are comfortable with an antique deco. The beds were soft, we had a great night sleep. The staff is really helpful.

Great Hotel Close to the Train Station and City Center
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was beautifully maintained—especially the outdoor garden. It is also within a 20-minute walk of both the train station and the town center.

Cons:

Nothing in particular—just the extra single bed was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing you wouldn’t manage for a few nights.

Το πρωινό είναι πολύ κακής ποιότητας ο εσπρέσο σερβίρεται σε πλαστικό για να πιεις καφέ έχει κούπες μεγάλες για γάλα ή τσάι όλα τα προϊόντα κακής ποιότητας. Στο ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει γίνει συντήρηση πολλά σημεία στον εσωτερικό χρειάζονται βάψιμο οι χρωματισμοί εσωτερικά στους χώρους επίπεδου Κουβας στο χρώμα και στην ποιότητα. Η μπανιέρα στο δωμάτιο βαμμένη στην πορσελάνη και το χρώμα ξεφλουδισμένο

La colazione appena sufficiente e con organizzazione oraria assurda, fino alle nove in sala colazione, dopo solo nella piccola hall dove non c'era quasi niente.

Well worth the money
Pros:

Location out of central Florence, quiet, older decor, large room, comfortable bed, shower ok. There was a great breakfast downstairs, front desk very helpful, especially Lorenzo who went above and beyond.

Will recommend to friends and would stay here again.

Cons:

Small leak in shower, otherwise everything great!

2e shift ontbijt was minder met vooral zoetigheid. Hotel zelf een beetje gedateerd kamer met kleine douche, druk verkeer om het hotel heen.
