O local é muito bom, confortável, a equipe é maravilhosa, o espaço do quarto é ótimo, seguranças indicam muito bem os locais e como andar ali por conta da região. Todos muito solicitos.

Cons:

Wifi do local não é bom, é um wifi geral para o prédio e ele falha bastante. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, e mais variado.

gostei do café da manhã. Chuveiro, vista, Tudo maravilhoso. Agradeço até a moça da recepção (que estava no último dia de serviço, segundo ela, nos deu a opção de escolher o andar do quarto, e também conseguiu a liberação alguns minutos antes. Ela foi ótima.

Cons:

não gostei do atendimento no chek in, a pessoa responsável pelas recepcionistas estava com uma cara mal humorada, tendo em vista que bem na minha chegada, as funcionárias estavam em reunião ou treinamento, algo nesse sentido. E a chefe, responsável estava atendendo de forma bem estranha. Acredito que os outros hóspedes que ali estavam também perceberam o desconforto (para não dizer outro termo). Acredito também que a forma de pagamento, por ser um valor alto, pelo menos para mim, que estava a passeio de apenas um dia rápido na cidade, e ainda não pude parcelar. Não gostei, por mais que eu senti que o valor foi alto para o meu momento, se tivesse tido a opção de parcelamento, teria me ajudado. Enfim a viagem foi ótima, e já consegui pagar também kkk, Incrível.

De modo geral, achei a estadia ok, porém o hotel aparenta ser bastante antigo e algumas áreas precisam de manutenção. O carpete estava manchado e com aparência de sujo, e o exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando.
