Personale cortese, a partire dal ricevimento, ai piani, e per finire nella sala dedicata alla colazione che, a proposito, è stata davvero ricca e gustosa, dal dolce al salato, con personale attento e gentilissimo. La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica; comoda per raggiungere il centro città ma anche per vivere il bel quartiere "isola".

A good comfortable reliable place
Pros:

Nice clean and comfy room and beds. Nice clean and pretty decor, showers had plenty of space to spread out my makeup. Kids had also a nice room with separate beds.

Cons:

There could be some bigger closets. The location is a bit far from the old center - which we knew beforehand.. overall I would recommend this hotel: clean, comfortable, safe, reliable, and a very nice staff at the desk, which accepted us with a smile.
