Velmi příjemný hotel a skvělý personál
Pros:

Hotel byl velmi čistý, příjemně zařízený a pokoj byl dobře klimatizovaný. Velmi jsme ocenili také chutné snídaně s opravdu bohatým výběrem.

Co bych ale chtěl vyzdvihnout především, byl personál. Všichni byli mimořádně usměvaví, ochotní a nápomocní. Zvláštní pochvalu si zaslouží recepční s brýlemi, myslím, že se jmenoval Nicolo (nejsem si bohužel jistý přesným jménem). Jeho přístup byl naprosto skvělý – neuvěřitelně příjemný, ochotný a profesionální. S tak vstřícným přístupem a ochotou pomoci jsem se u recepčního už dlouho nesetkal.

Právě díky takovým lidem jsme se v hotelu cítili opravdu vítaní. Děkujeme a hotel rozhodně doporučujeme.

de locatie was perfect! tram halte naast de deur waardoor je snel in het centrum kon komen en veel leuke restaurants in de buurt. het personeel was ook erg aardig

we verbleven hier 2 nachten met ontbijt op zondag en maandag, alleen was ons alleen vertelt dat in het weekend ontbijt tot 11 uur was en niet dat het doordeweeks maar tot 10 was, dus toen we om 10:30 beneden kwamen voor het ontbijt op maandag was er geen ontbijt. dus dat was wel jammer

Great value!
Pros:

Location is great - very close to Milan Garibaldi Station, so super convenient if you're travelling by train. We were travelling as a family, with a small child, and it was perfect for us. The surrounding area is well served with shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was amazing, great variety, food was super good. Beds were very comfortable, and staff was very friendly.
